Quiet, great view, will book again!

House was clean, decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings listening to the ocean.

Beautiful!!

We stayed for 4 nights on a girl's trip. The condo is immaculate, the view is perfect,the overall grounds of the building were beautiful,it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Cocoa Beach Stay

First time being at Cocoa Beach for our family! We loved the condo! It was the perfect place! We could hear the ocean from the bedroom, which is exactly what we wanted! The boys (both 15) could go down to the ocean anytime they wanted and we could see them from the balcony! We will absolutely be back and would love to have this condo again!

Great stay

When we first arrived to the unit we noticed a couple issues. I immediately let the property manager know and by the next morning someone was there already fixing the issues. The view is outstanding, the pool and beach access is great. We had a really great stay and will stay there again the next time we are in Cocoa beach

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo on Cocoa Beach! The property is very nice and well maintained and the condo itself is exactly as pictured/described. The location is perfect - it's close to the pier and restaurants, and the grocery store is across the street. Overall it's very quiet and has a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The kitchen has a great supply of pots/pans/dishes/utensils and the appliances are updated. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were wonderful to have. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

2nd time staying in this condo building! Perfect for our family- 8 week old, 3 year old, 7 year old and 10 year old. Chairs, pack n play, umbrella, swim items provided in unit. Washer and dryer in unit. Grocery store across the street. Pool and beach are beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful!! Stylish and swanky!! I love this place! Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds & furniture. Every accommodation you can possibly need is provided. AMAZING view and close to everything. My friend and I took our daughters for an end of summer trip. We couldn't have asked for more! We will be back! LOVE IT!

Not used to 72 degree air conditioning limit. Storm door did not auto close. Kitchen sink faucet handle was very loose. Location, pool, laundry were great. All together very good.

Great Oceanfront Condo

We stayed at this condo during Thanksgiving week and loved it. The space is clean and neat, and the layout is great. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. We spent every morning out there watching the surfers and dolphins, and had fun watching the cruise ships going in and out from Port Canaveral. At night, we sat on the deck looking at the stars. The parking at the condo is convenient and easy. The pool is large and the grounds are well maintained. There were so many great restaurants close by that we never dined in the same place twice. The Cocoa Beach Pier is very close to the condo and has lots of things to see and do. It was a great place for our family to spend a week together. Very relaxing yet entertaining! We'll be back!

Perfect get-a-way!

We had a family vacation in the beginning of June, so we thought it would be very busy but we were pleasantly surprised how low the crowding was. The condo is just as beautiful as advertised. We felt the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having separate beds in 2nd bedroom for our kids. My only tiny issue is the same almost everywhere we go and that is not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang wet bathing suits and towels. But not anything at all that I wouldn't stay here again gladly! The pool was very nice. Again, didn't have to rush down and hold chairs bc not too many ppl. I do wish they had more places at pool to get in the shade when needed like a small covered area or more umbrellas than the 2 at the tables. Management replied very quickly when I realized I had not printed my parking tag. And having an assigned parking spot was very nice! The condo is nicely centrally located and everywhere you want to go is within 10 min except Kennedy Space Center and it was only approx 20 min. Wonderful vacation and we would LOVE to return to this condo one day!

Really a great spot!

We just returned home from 5 nights in unit 42, I was there with my wife, her parents and our kids. The unit is in the perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach. If you didn't have a car, you wouldn't miss much, you can walk to a few of the better restaurants around, the grocery store is right there, it's right by the pier. It was our first time to Cocoa Beach, but we have visit lots of other Florida beaches. The beach is excellent there, second place only to Siesta Key maybe. The surfing was great for beginners while we were there and we all took surf lessons on the beach just a minute or two walk from our access. I love to fish, and was surprised to learn that you can't really fish from the pier, which I thought was strange. The unit is very clean, everything looked like new! The appliances are great, really nice big refrigerator and freezer, great new washer and dryer (the dryer plays the longest robot song when it is done, you won't miss it!) The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the beach, the pier, the whole pool, and way out into the Atlantic. Being able to hear the surf at night is worth a lot all by itself. The layout is smart and modern, if feels big for it's size. It's near the elevator, so being on the 4th floor is really just a plus. If I were to pick a negative, it would be the furniture. The beds are clean and new but the mattresses are cheap memory foam types. Of course the kids didn't care, and if I were 31 instead of 41, I may not have noticed. The couch goes well with the room, but if you are looking to plot the whole family on it to watch a movie, it's not like your couch at home, it's sort of new old-fashioned. The décor is nice, simple, open, clean looking. Many of the other units had families like ours in them so the atmosphere at the pool was fun during the day. The building has some full time residents, so there are lots of rules posted but they don't get in the way of having fun. Of the people we met one was a real grouch, even yelled at the kids just for splashing around and having fun because of the noise.... just ignore him.

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers through Happy Palm Stays was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying at this property! The 4th floor views were spectacular and exactly according to the photos. Zareh and Team made sure we had everything we needed and were a breeze to communicate with. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Urlaub am Stran

Die Wohnung war so wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles für Küche und Bad vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

We originally had another vacation booked, but had to change plans last minute. We booked the place a week out and werw happy to find a great place with such short notice. We had a great week+ in Cocoa Beach!

Great beach spot

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was very nice. We only wished it had laundry in condo.

Condo had many amenities..beach chairs, umbrella, boards. We loved the beach and pool areas. Nice and relaxing! Would rent her again!
