Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This VRBO property is situated right by the iconic Trevi Fountain, offering an unbeatable location for exploring Rome. The location truly enhanced our experience. Amenities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The property is fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the cozy living space provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing.Washing machine and drying rack, hair dryer and iron. This property made us feel like we were Communication: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from booking to check-out. They offered a scheduled airport pick up as well. Space: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment offered ample space for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping arrangements and a layout that allowed for both privacy and socializing. We appreciated having room to spread out and relax. Comfort: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The beds and bedding were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the property was inviting and cozy. We felt right at home during our stay and were able to rest and recharge for each day of exploration. To sum it up, this VRBO property exceeded our expectations in every way. With its prime location, comprehensive amenities, excellent communication, spacious layout, and comfortable accommodations, it provided the perfect base for our adventures in Rome. Great location - Needs better customer service

The location was great, just around the corner from the Fontana di Trevi. Apartment is clean, Simone was friendly and very helpful with check-in, overall communication was good. Unfortunately, the basic amenities and maintenance are really lacking. No napkins, no paper towels, only one regular kitchen towel, a couple of mini soaps for three adults. The review for this place could be outstanding if it was managed with a little bit of caring for the guest and not being so stingy. These things don’t even cost much, and it is disappointing when they tell you that you get the very basic to survive and you’re responsible of buying everything else. The place has a small washing machine but desperately needs a dryer. Big limitation. The electric system would overload with just the oven and a few lights. We had to turn off the lights to make coffee! Management should fix this because the breakers would turn off all the time. Finally, the Wi-Fi needs to be fixed because we had to reset the modem 2-3 times a day. Really bad internet. In conclusion, a little bit of attention to these aspects of the apartment and good old customer service could significantly improve the overall experience.

Regarding the absence of certain amenities, we want to clarify that our advertisement does not include a dryer, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Additionally, the electrical system in Rome typically provides an equivalent kilowattage to the apartment's size, which may result in circuit breakers flipping when multiple electrical appliances are used simultaneously. We will, however, look into ways to improve this issue. We also apologize for the Wi-Fi issues you encountered and will work to address them promptly. We value your feedback and will strive to enhance the overall experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
