While you enjoy your stay in the jazz capital of the world, you’ll be conveniently located steps from the vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as famous cafes, bistros and music clubs on Bourbon Street. You will be literally less than one minute away from the French Quarter.

If you want to try some of the best NOLA has to offer when it comes to food, you can’t miss the local hot spot Ruby Slipper Cafe, located right next door to your condo. With over 3000 5-star reviews of their amazing food, this is a must-visit place while you are here. Make sure to try those amazing bisquettes, we promise you’ll never taste anything quite like it. Other options include crowd favorites like Chophouse New Orleans, The Tasting Room, Lilly’s Café and more, as well as Starbucks located in Sheraton Hotel, right next to your condo.

If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 2-minute walking distance from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet style to fine dining.

Merchant Lofts are also conveniently located in the Business District of New Orleans, making it only a 3-minute walking distance to the convention center.

Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 2.4 miles from the property. The nearest airport Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 14 miles away. Nearby parks include Commons Park, Lafayette Square and Woldenberg Park. There are grocery stores and Canal Place shopping mall all within walking distance or a short drive away.

Parking
There is no parking at the property. But you can find paid parking nearby.

• Premium Parking P 346 – 2 minutes walking distance - prices vary from day to day, typically it's $30-35/night
• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!
Things to know
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOFTOP IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Quiet and Charming

Perfectly located in CBD, it was in walkable distance to everything. Lovely property with amenities provided. Would stay again!

Nice for a quick stay

The location was the best part. The place has mostly everything you would find in a hotel and was fairly clean. We did spot a mouse in the lobby area. The neighbors in the building were very loud.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s an excellent location, just a short walk from Canal Street. Very clean and nice. The only negatives I have were that we had very low water pressure in the kitchen and the dishwasher didn’t work. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We will not use Hosteeva again. The shower did not work. Water in kitchen was so slow it took ten minutes to fill coffee pot. Netflix didn’t work. There was 1 National station and the rest religious or 1970s series. Fan in bedroom went whomp,whomp all night like a hammer. No lamp in the living area was unpleasant. Positives: The Location was great. It was clean.

good location but poor maintenance

This place lacked any decor or ambiance, it was very spartan. The biggest issues were the noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom which resulted in us leaving it off. We could also hear the fan bumping all night long in the next apartment. The water came out of the kitchen faucet in a trickle and the ice maker did not work. An email to management did not get a response, and a phone call only got us a busy signal. The bed was very comfortable but there was only one bedside table which was quite inconvenient. The shower and bath were great and towels were good. However, I will not be staying with this company again.
