When you enter the home, you're greeted with spectacular natural lighting that fills the space. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The living room has a 50" wall-mounted smart tv with Roku that sits above the fireplace, a leather sectional, and a woven cave chair. The room leads out via sliding glass doors to the private patio.
The dining room has a vintage tulip table, seating for 4-6 people, a Bluetooth speaker with radio and CD player, and original built-ins filled with arts / craft supplies and games / activities.
The kitchen features endless built-in storage, modern appliances, a stocked Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware.
As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you'll find the source of all the natural light—the extra-large skylight.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Downstairs on the lower level, past the family room and separated by a door is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, full bathroom, and extra storage space.
The home's two outdoor areas include a private patio in the front with Floyd dining furniture. The back of the home has a shared, landscaped courtyard that leads to the shared garage and gated garbage/recycling area. All outdoor spaces are private to residents and gated.
