Enjoy this beautiful studio apartment between San Antonio and Peñón, now with A/C!

If you are the one who privileges the view and you love part of our city life, this apartment is perfect for you. If on the contrary, you prefer an absolute silence to rest and work but sacrificing the view of the street (although it has a beautiful green terrace for exclusive use for the apartment), the 102 may be the best fit for you.
The space
The house has only one entrance entrance but 4 independent apartments of the house. There are two apartments in the first floor (one large one - 102 and one small one - 101) and two apartments in the second floor (one large one - 201 and one small one one small one - 202).
We have two internet companies throughout the house so you never stay disconnected. Of course with 300 MB and Tigo with about 100 MB.
Guest access
There is a paid parking lot across the street, with a special rate for our guests.
Other things to note
You can live a great adventure in the middle of nature, the area's great gastronomic variety and heritage culture.
For guests who want to get to know the surroundings and have about 30 minutes, we offer a free tour of the San Antonio and El Peñón neighborhoods. Cat Monument is just a 5-minute walk away and Boulevard del Río is about a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the Intercontinental and Dann Carlton hotels, where you can enjoy their delicious restaurants and wet area (find out directly with them the price to be charged).
We also offer a free accompaniment to the Hill of the 3 crosses by ecological trails and easy access, prior scheduling with the host. It is an excellent encounter with sport, nature and the view of our city.

When you are here you will realize that you will not have to go anywhere else, because between San Antonio and El Peñón you have everything. You will be in the heart of our city, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
