Just to clarify-You had stated in a VRBO chat (made available to us 2 days prior to your stay) that you were bringing dogs to the cabin, however nowhere in your reservation initially did it say you were bringing pets. This cabin only allows for 1 dog and had we known you would have been contacted sooner and an additional pet fee would have been charged at booking. You were not charged a pet fee until we verified with you what size and breed dog was coming and we only charged for the one dog after we got the owner's permission to allow you to stay with two. I am not sure what agreement you signed as there was nothing on our end and again, we had to bill you separately for the pet fee. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other feedback.

Our indoor pool temps remain at 82-84 to keep mold and bacteria growth from happening in the enclosed space whereas in Florida I imagine the pool is not enclosed in a room but rather a screened in area allowing for a higher pool temp without the mold/bacteria. I will have the heat concern addressed for the game room. Thank you for staying with us.
