Spacious Lake Travis getaway with boat parking

Summary:
Beautiful, new one-story private retreat in beautiful Lago Vista. Located minutes from Lake Travis, this home boasts great natural light with a sprawling backyard, great for kids to run around and explore. The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings, with lots of room for guests to relax. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. No smoking. No pets. Wifi is available!!

The Space:
One-story modern home with large backyard and covered patio, and is at the end of quite street. Living room has 55-inch Smart TV. There are four bedrooms, all with closets, ceiling fans, and all beds are 12 inch memory foam. Master has a king bed, private bathroom and large walk-in closet. There are two bedroom with queen beds and one room with two twin beds. We have a pack-n-play that's available for the little ones, as well as toys and books for them. There is plenty of room for parking a boat and or jet skis on the street.

Guest Access:
The entire house, including garage, is made available to you. Washer and dryer are only available for long term guests.

Guests will have access to a private boat launch and seven private parks all with playgrounds. There are 2 two pools that are less than a mile away, both are open June to September. The city pool has a fee to get in but has a small slide and splash area for the kids. The other pool is private but guests have access to it, this one is right next to the lake.

The Neighborhood:
Home is minutes away from Lake Travis. There is a local grocery store, CVS, liquor store, Starbucks and several restaurants near by.

Getting Around:
All types of transportation are allowed. Golf carts are big in Lago as well. Also feel free to bring your own boat or water craft.
