HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Sea Escape A is a 3-bedroom 2 ½ half bathroom nestled in the pristine Long Bay Estates. Enjoy this peaceful wooded setting or walk just a few minutes to the private neighborhood beach!  This brand-new construction offers a fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, a large porch, a huge deck with plenty of space to relax, a shared swimming pool, and a well-designed living area for everyone to enjoy!  Next door to the State Park and only a 10-minute drive to Surfside Beach Pier and the popular Market Common District, and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, this offers the perfect relaxing vacation without being too far from all the fun attractions our South Carolina Coast has to offer! There’s plenty of parking for larger vehicles. As a bonus, you can also reserve the other side of this breathtaking duplex, ‘Sea Escape B’ offers all the same amenities making it the perfect location for larger families.  Please see our Pet Policy which applies to all pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

A lovely stay near the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The location, while being minutes from the beach, felt secluded and private. It is a beautiful house, and we loved the pool!

Probably Wouldn’t Stay Again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to this area with our family every year and was super excited to stay in this new build. Our stay was just ok. My family rented side A and the rest of the family side B. We both arrived to full garbage cans that weren’t emptied till Wednesday so we were unable to put any garbage in the cans. Later in the week the garbage was picked up on side B but not on side A. The inside was extremely dirty. I questioned if it was even cleaned. There was dirt/debris all over the floor, the rugs weren’t vacuumed. Pet hair was clumped in less traveled areas. We found 2 false eye lashes stuck on the living room rug, shein tags in the master bathroom, and sand EVERYWHERE. There were also multiple cockroaches seen throughout the trip, some alive and some dead. The entire outside area was very unkept and needed some serious cleaning to get rid of the spiderwebs and mud dauber nests. I would never rent one side without knowing a family renting the other side since it is a small shared pool. That being said, there is no easy way to travel from side A to B, it is completely blocked off. There is a front door with a porch and doorbell but no steps to access it. For the price we paid I wouldn’t rent here again based on the cleanliness. For this to be advertised as a “luxury” rental and have used furniture, dressers that have been painted and hardly open, and dirty inside and out is disappointing. There was a “story” in the welcome book about how the home was built by a family who fell in love with the area.. come to find out the home is built by a developer who have multiple homes. Overall very nice location if you rent a golf cart to get to and from the beach, but very dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house!! It was very clean and very nice. The location was amazing in a quiet community with a short walk to the beach. I’m giving 4 stars due to our arrival finding all of the linens, towels, toiletries, etc. were thrown on the couch for us to sort through and make the beds. I’ve never experienced this before with any other beach rental company. It made the start of our vacation a little hectic trying to figure out the different sizes as well as prepping the beds for the trip. Everything else was amazing and we would definitely be interesting in reserving this house again!

Nice neighbourhood lots of friendly neighbours and it is convenient to just about everything. The rental management company contacted me on a regular basis to make sure that I was satisfied and their staff members who were in charge of maintenance and repairs were extremely pleasant and friendly. If I don’t buy a house before next year, I will certainly be trying to rent this place for the first four months of 2026.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was to escape the winter weather in Rhode Island and to look around and learn more about the Myrtle Beach area. This house is practically brand new and is maintained impeccably. The people who handle the rentals as well as the maintenance folks that stopped by at least once a week or very friendly unhelpful. Regretfully, I have to return back to Rhode Island for a short period but would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.
