Enjoy the ocean breeze and view from the upper-level deck and take a quick walk to the oceanfront, just across the street and a few houses away. Relax in the private pool (free heating available during the shoulder season) and tiki bar after a long day of family activities. It's the perfect retreat during any time of year. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and three bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs with the Spectrum streaming app for local channels. The primary bedroom has a Vizio smart TV. Bring your passwords for streaming apps provided on the Smart TVs during the evenings or rainy afternoons or enjoy the family-friendly DVD library.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
