Great stay

Beautiful neighborhood, easy check in, very attentive host, incredibly clean, spacious, and comfy home! Everything you need is provided in kitchen and bathroom. Garage for parking. Beds were comfortable, slept great! Perfect stay for a trip to the MOA with 4 tweens.

The property was very clean, and it was very nice. The bunk beds worked great for my grandsons, and they enjoyed the foosball table. The place was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The beds were comfortable and everyone had a place of their own. There was some old pet odor even though it's a pet-free property, but it didn't seem to bother our allergies too much so all in all it was fine. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was very well-appointed and had absolutely anything we could have needed... even kid-friendly dinnerware. The kids loved the little play closet under the stairs and the foosball table. We were super grateful for the extra touches like the stool in the bathroom so our youngest could reach the sink, bowl full of snacks and treats, and water bottles in the fridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families.

Exceptional Excelsior Stay

This was a great place to stay at while I was back in Minnesota. Easy access to bike trails, parks and the Twin Cities. The space was exceptional, very clean and well stocked. I loved the ice cream bars. There's a single car garage to park in, it was a great place to store my bike. bike.

Immaculate, had everything we needed

This is a great property in a nice neighborhood. It was a nice layout for a family, with beds for everyone, living room with foosball, kitchen and dining table for hanging out. Well stocked with pots and pans, shampoo, soap, laundry and dishwasher soap, made it so easy to travel to. Responsive host. It had everything we needed and was close to lakes and stores. Appreciate all the details.

Review

This was a perfect location for us to attend our family reunion. The apartment was very clean and the hosts left us some nice snacks and plenty of coffee for our 3 night stay. Be aware that there are two short flights of inside stairs to navigate with luggage to access the lodging. Check in and out, as well as communication in general was very good. Also be aware that you are living downstairs from a family, thus footsteps and sounds are sometimes heard. Not a deal breaker for us as we primarily were gone most of each day.

This was a great home base while we were in town visiting family. Very well suited for small kids: we appreciated that they had a pack n play, a highchair, a baby bath, baby utensils and even books and toys. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean.

We loved our stay at this house. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was closed. The owner was so nice they had snacks and waters in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!!

If you are heading to Minneapolis, Paisley Park & the Minnesota Arboretum are just minutes away. We had no trouble getting downtown to see the Dean collection @ MIA & St. Mary’s Basilica. Our hosts were easily accessible & quickly helped with our needs/questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend!

We all enjoyed our stay at the spacious lower level of Brad & Lili. Any questions we had were answered promptly before we arrived. The separate entrance is very nice.It accommodated the 4 of us perfectly. If going to see Paisley Park super convenient! Definitely recommend!Thanks for a memorable weekend!Donyale - WI

Great space for family of 6!

Easy check in and out process. Had our own garage door opener and entrance. Space was great for 4 kids from 12-17, our bedroom was on the other side from theirs. Great little towns around, good food, shopping and etc.

Awesome Stay

This 2 bedroom basement stay was so comfortable for our family of five. We came from PHX for my dad’s funeral and the place was just was we wee hoping for. Thank you for gift bowl of goodie’s. It was very convenient and had our own garage. Next time we are in MN we will look this property up again.

Guys weekend with old High School chums

We're looking for a place in Minnetonka for 4 dudes who were there for 3 football games. This property was enough for each person to have a good place to sleep. There was laundry facilities for guests and the Keurig had plenty of coffee stocked.The hosts were nice and the location was ideal for the event - it was only a few miles from where all the guys grew up.

My family and I enjoy relaxing in the back yard, going to shoot hoops in the park, or kicking around a soccer ball at the local field.

This neighborhood is in a great location. It is quieter but with a short drive I can take advantage of the historic Excelsior downtown, take a walk along Lake Minnetonka, take trails and enjoy the beach and playground of Lake Minnewashta, explore Minnesota's Landscape Arboretum, visit Paisley Park, check out a local brewery, or go shopping at Target.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The back yard is spacious to run around, play tetherball, enjoy a fire at the firepit, or enjoy the flowers on the trees in the spring. There are several paved pathways that can be taken to enjoy short or long walks.
