As a token of appreciation, we offer a cost-only (utility and cleaning costs) long weekend from October 15 to March 31 for summer guests who book 6 nights or more (other than Thanksgiving and Christmas/NYE weekend). Once you book your summer stay, just pick the long weekend and let us know : )!
Perfect for groups of up to 10, this two-year-old retreat, minutes to three beaches, is designed to cater to your every need. You'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements with a luxurious king bedroom master suite, a spacious second master suite featuring two queen beds, and a queen bedroom and two bunk beds sharing a well-appointed hall bath. Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi, a private office, and two bedrooms equipped with sit-stand desks for those who need to stay connected while enjoying this paradise.
The first floor boasts a fantastic game room where you can challenge friends and family to exciting matches of Air Hockey, Foosball, Shuffleboard. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with all the essential amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and there are multiple dining options available, including a cozy breakfast room (seating 4), a formal dining room (seating 6), a kitchen island (seating 4), and a serene screened-in back deck (seating 6).
Entertainment is a priority, with a grand 75" TV in the family room and smaller TVs in each of the bedrooms.
Wake up early to sip your morning coffee on the second-floor front porch while watching the sun rise over this picturesque landscape. As if this weren't enough, you'll have access to two clubhouses with Swimming Pools, Pool Tables, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Centers, and Grills. This is the best property ever! It is absolutely gorgeous, super clean, and the host was very kind, friendly, and accommodating! The swimming pool was fabulous and the location is great! The kids loved riding on the bikes that they provided. We also used the beach toys that are provided. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this wonderful property with an excellent host!

House was an excellent place to spend the week with our family! Very close to everything, but private enough to make memories. John was a great host with excellent communication. Being able to bring our dog with us was great, too! We loved riding our bikes to the community center with the pool and gym. I would highly recommend booking with John.

It was a great little community, very quiet, family friendly. The pool was fantastic and access to the beach was decent. Easy to communicate with John. We had to rush and do a lot of sheets/towels the night before and day of checkout but we got such a good deal on the house I don’t mind a little cleaning! And John worked with us to allow us to stay an extra day which was so wonderful

Great location - easy drive to Lewes, Rehoboth, Henlopen, and Dewey. So much space - huge bedrooms, Exceptionally clean and well-maintained with lots of comfortable seating. We loved coffee in the mornings on the screend back porch watching the snowy egrets. The gameroom was a huge hit with the teenagers, and it was so nice to have extra beach umbrellas and chairs available. Thanks for an awesome home base for our beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved the clubhouse, close to all shopping, dining and a short drive to the beach. Would love to come back!

Great location
John was very accommodating and assisted with all of our needs. The house was very comfortable and the location was close enough to attractions but far enough to enjoy peaceful evenings with the family. I would recommend this property for others that are looking for these qualities.

Great spot, everything you need!
Perfect spot for a beach trip with another family and our five collective children! The house was large and comfortable and had literally everything we could possibly need. The hosts were communicative and helpful, check in and check out were a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation
John & Elizabeth are wonderful hosts! Very responsive, kind and accommodating. The home is incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated, spacious and by far the best stocked with supplies that we’ve ever experienced. It made our stay super comfortable and convenient. My family had a great time and we are looking forward to staying again!

The house and property was excellent. Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to supply bicycles for my grandchildren during our stay.The Club House pool and gym was amazing. Will be back next year. Also, the towels were in the bathrooms were like you were staying in the Marriott.

Fantastic home
The property is immaculate with all the necessities. John was responsive as soon as we reached out with any questions. Would highly recommend this home. The community is very nice and we also enjoyed the pool, fitness center and community lending library.

Dog-Friendly Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach
My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. The home was even better than the photos—spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking. There were plenty of towels, and we really appreciated the extras like beach towels and chairs. The location was great—an easy drive to the beach in a safe, friendly community. We also enjoyed the community amenities and spent some time by the pool. Communication was quick and helpful, and the host provided great local recommendations. We’d love to stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick and easy trip to the beach. My family especially loved using the bikes provided, which made exploring the area so much fun! The pool was another highlight—absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We didn’t have time to try out the pickleball courts, but it was such a nice bonus to know that was an amenity available. The host was fantastic and made everything seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

Great family get together
Nice sized family room and dining room. Perfect for watching football and playing board games. Good WiFi too for the online games. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Community has sidewalks for safe walking.
Check in had a slight hiccup but John was easy to contact and got it worked out.
We would be happy to return!

This was a FABULOUS vacation home! First, John and Elizabeth are absolutely the best hosts we have ever had. They were extremely kind and helpful and accommodating - even providing a crib and high chair for my 8mo old grandson. All communication was prompt and clear. Just the very nicest people to work with!The townhouse is gorgeous! It is very large and beautifully furnished/decorated. It was SOOO nice to have the necessities provided - things like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, even laundry detergent and shampoo. So many places give you a "starter pack" that is good for a few days and you have to run out and buy these things. Which is very wasteful if you flew in and can't take them back with you. Having these provided was very much appreciated. Also having the beach towels and linens included, along with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. made it easy for us. Again, other places don't provide these and you have to rent them. Having all these things as part of the cost was a great perk.All of the rooms are spacious. The entire house was immaculate. We enjoyed using the grill on the patio, and the screened in porch was a favorite place to hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped, even including seasonings. Location was fine. We were there on a very busy holiday weekend and the drive to the beach or Lewes was only 15 min. We enjoyed the community pool a lot!Everything about the place and the hosts was 10 star!!!! Definitely highly recommend!!!!

Great house
We rented the house for a week with our family & Friends. The house was just a describing the listing. Very spacious with an open concept so everyone could hang out in the kitchen and living area. Game room was great. House came with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was a great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping and only about 10 minutes from the downtown beach area. Would definitely rent this place again.

Peaceful Beach Retreat
This home was perfect for my group of 9. We came with 6 kids, and they all had a bed to sleep in, which is always a challenge with so many of them! The bunk bed room was just the right fit for 4 of the kids, and the rest had a beautiful room with 2 beds by the game room. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the bikes. Two of my kids actually learned how to ride without training wheels during this stay, which was really exciting! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, especially with the beautiful screened in back porch. The front deck/balcony was also great to watch the kids biking. The entire house was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed (sheets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc.). I highly recommend this lovely home.
