Come experience one of our favorite places to vacation! This is a great, family friendly 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom condo with an extra hide a bed in the couch to sleep 8 adults comfortably. In this top floor penthouse you have no neighbors or overhead noise and the views from the large shaded balconies, front and back, are stunning. Located in the center of the beautiful Sports Village Resort with views of and quick access to the several Tennis and Pickleball Courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, playground and 2 large pools (one heated Feb-Nov), 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), indoor game room with mini golf (the kids and teens love this) and racquetball courts, as well as a beautiful and spacious clubhouse and workout room. The condo is a few minutes from downtown St. George site seeing, shopping, and dining. There is a great mix of quaint buildings and modern attractions to appeal to many tastes and moods. It is only 8 miles from beautiful Snow Canyon, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs and about 40 minutes to breathtaking Zion National Park. Its close to Ivins Reservoir, which is a free place for the whole family to hike and swim and see sweeping views of the spectacular red rock mountains and is on the way to Gunlock Falls. Golfing, hiking and biking trails and beautiful views of the St. George Valley are all close by (we especially love Pioneer Park, a natural wonder right by downtown, that provides amazing hiking and exploring experiences for all ages). You can enjoy the many shops and restaurants nearby and visit historic sites like the St. George Temple, the many museums, and even Native American hieroglyphics. If you have little kids, don't miss Thunder Junction - an all abilities park that is free for visitors. This condo is stocked with everything you need for the perfect family vacation-games, movies, treats, towels and equipment for the pool and sports amenities. It is also a great place if all you want to do is relax and just cozy up with a book on the couch, or enjoy a drink on the large balcony that gives you visual access to the beauty of this wonderland of Nature.
