The first guest room includes a queen bed and a double trundle bed, while the second guest room has two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves these rooms.

Our open-concept kitchen flows into the living and dining areas. The dining table seats eight. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa (which converts to a queen sleeper) and watch a movie on the 65" Smart TV. For those working remotely, a dedicated workstation with a desk and office chair is available.

Other things to note
★ Note about the Kiddie Pool & Pool ★
While it may look like a hot tub, the smaller section of the pool is actually a kiddie pool and does not have a jet pump or hot tub features. It’s perfect for little ones to safely splash and play!

The pool is heated to a comfortable 80–85°F, ideal for swimming year-round. However, weather conditions, including air temperature, wind, and rainfall, can affect how warm the water feels.

 We are not responsible for Florida weather changes, storms, or travel delays leading up to or during your reservation. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if there is a mandatory evacuation ordered by the local government. Our standard cancellation policy applies otherwise. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against weather-related disruptions.

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.

★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
