LEGAL BASEMENT SUITE
Please note, there is a legal basement suite on the property, but you’ll enjoy FULL PRIVACY and complete separation during your stay. The main unit has its own private entrance through the front door and includes a dedicated washer and dryer exclusively for your use. No shared access required.

The entire upstairs suite is fully soundproofed, thoughtfully designed for peace and quiet, and completely private. You’ll have the entire main-level space to yourself, so you can relax and enjoy.

♦ There is plenty of additional free street parking along the front and side of the house since the home sits on a corner lot.

Well appointed and stocked kitchen which was so appreciated. From a welcome basket with bottled water and treats, to extras provided in the washrooms, Ricardo thought of everything. We can definitely recommend this property as a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay!

This is a great property in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is on a busy street but you can barely hear the vehicles when you’re in the house. There are many amenities and main thoroughfares nearby which makes the area very convenient the nearby Hollyrood playground was a big hit with our kids too! The host was very communicative- check in and out were very clear and he always responded when we reached out with questions. The inside is clean and beautiful and they even include lots of common sense things in case you need them eg utensils, extra toothbrushes, tins for soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth rental experience in a convenient location. Thank you for everything Ricardo!

House was clean, pretty much as described. It is on a very loud street but the house managed it quite well and was not a real issue. Parking was convenient right in front of the door. Appliances worked great and the kitchen had pretty much all you need. I would stay again.

Weekend getaway to Edmonton!

We loved staying here while we were in Edmonton for a concert. There's a park close by for the kids. Easy to get uptown for the concert and to West Edmonton mall. Met our needs and the host was accommodating to help make our stay welcoming.

RGW’s Cozy CASA is exactly as advertised. The home is newly renovated and very modern and clean. Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Highly recommended for a family or small group. Only thing missing that would have been nice on a hot weekend was air conditioning. Other than that it was a great rental property and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

We were very impressed with the property. It was quite luxurious. Only negative would be the location on a busy street. However, we could not hear any traffic once inside the home. A very lovely experience. High end finishes in this lovely home. Please note: no third bathroom or hot tub.

Mixed review

This will be an honest review. The house was lovely. The renovation is beautiful. I can't comment on any of the appliances or kitchen supplies as we didn't use them. The house was very clean and I notice the details. We did have an issue on our first full day, as a dining chair leg collapsed the first time my son in law(160lbs)sat on it. Whether it was damaged by a previous occupant or it was just the cheap hollow tube construction, the fact remains that it broke through no fault of his. I was charged 150 and because he responded to my dispute I guess I am responsible. Also, this house is on a very busy road in Edmonton. While our family in the bedroom in the back of the house couldn't hear the trafficking, the master suite was not as soundproof. I wish I had brought earplugs, as stated in another review.

Regarding the dining chair, I do want to clarify that the chairs are solid, quality furniture purchased from The Brick, and they were all in good condition prior to your stay. Unfortunately, the chair was broken while under your care. As per our rental agreement and platform policy, guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay, which is why the cost of replacement was charged. As for the location, the home is situated in a central area of Edmonton and, while convenient, there can be some street noise at times. We will certainly take your note into account and look into ways to minimize this further for future guests. We truly value all feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future visitors. RGW'S Cozy Casa apologize for any inconvenience.

Everything was great! It was really hot when I arrived, However upon reaching out it was quickly fixed. The only other thing was the dish cloth smelled so bad I wanted so bad to toss it outside. My sleep was really comfortable and the house Reno itself was quite nice would definitely stay again.
