Book now! Next door to the main dwelling our tiny house sits at the end of a long driveway, screened by a black bamboo fence.

Inside the Tiny House Retreat, you'll find a self-contained space with a full bathroom, complete with a generously sized hot shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic essentials. We've also got you covered with provided linens and towels, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

The sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the loft and a small double sized sofa bed that can be made up on request in the lounge. Pictures of both sleeping options are shown the listing pictures.

The house has high ceilings in the living area making it a spacious and open space to relax in. New blinds and privacy curtains cover the double-glazed windows and a large tri-fold door, connects the indoors to a lovely private garden space. When you arrive at our tiny house, it's a breeze. Simply drive down the driveway for a quick bag drop-off, keeping in mind that off-street parking isn't available. Instead, we recommend using the safe and convenient street parking. The private entrance the Tiny House is secured with a fence and screening, giving you an extra layer of privacy.

To make your check-in smooth, we've set up a self-check-in system. You'll find the key inside a lockbox, allowing you the flexibility to access the tiny house whenever it suits you. We want to ensure your arrival is as easy and convenient as possible, so feel free to settle in at your own pace. We totally respect your privacy, and we're here whenever you need assistance! Just so you know, we don't live onsite, but we're just a message or call away. Let's talk about the gem – our Tiny House, just a hop away from Orewa Beach, ideal for those morning strolls or relaxed evening picnics. Set back from the road, it's your own little oasis of calm.

Orewa's town center is a short walk or drive away, with our fav cafe like Drifter Coffee NZ and unique spots like The Guru Knows, an upcycled goods and handmade gift shop, waiting for your visit. As you explore nearby parks and take in the chill seaside town energy whether you're a couple seeking an escape or a solo traveler in need of downtime, our Tiny House is the ideal spot for a laid-back beach getaway.

Please kindly note that the property has steps, there are a few steps at the entrance and a steep staircase leading up to the loft. This is the nature of Tiny House living with a loft so we are sorry to say it might not be suitable for those in need of accessible features. If you would still like to stay we can make up the sofa bed as a sleeping option instead.

Also, note that while securely stabilized, anticipate minimal movement when moving about the Tiny House as it is on a Trailer.
