We could not have picked a better place to stay. The location to local shops, dining places & bars was all within walking distance & the condo is literally steps away from the beautiful beach!! The condo is described & shown as exactly in pictures, beds were comfortable & the recently renovated inground pool area is beautiful. Can't wait to go back again!!

Hi Cindy, thanks so much for staying at our Fins Up in Clearwater Beach! A condo that matches its photos, comfortable beds, and a freshly renovated pool just a few steps from the sand is a lovely way to spend a beach getaway, and we’re delighted the shops, restaurants, and bars were all an easy stroll away. Since you can’t wait to return, we’ll have the poolside lounger warmed up for you.

This is our second time staying here. We love it! It’s so close to the beach that you don’t need to wear shoes when you leave the condo! It’s always clean, spacious for our family of 4 and customer service is always available and helpful!

Hi Mallory, thanks so much for staying at our Fins Up, and welcome back! A second visit is the best compliment a condo can get, and a shoes-optional walk to the sand is a perk we’re proud of. We’re glad it felt clean and roomy for your family of four, and our team is always happy to help. Here’s to a third round!

Mothers day weekend

We had a wonderful and restful getaway with some of our family. Would definetly stay here again. Quiet area, soooo close to beach and walking distance to shops, food and entertainment. Very clean, stocked kitchen and even beach supplies with towels. Pool was an added amenity we used often.

Our stay at Fins Up! was nothing short of perfect. The condo was clean and had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you may need for your stay. The beach is steps away which was convenient! There are a good amount of steps up to condo entrance so this is not suitable for a handicapped individual. However, there’s extra gates/codes and locks for security purposes which just gives an extra little piece of mind! My family and I will definitely be back to this cozy, clean oasis! 10/10!!

Everything was very specific to detail. The pictures were accurate and up to date. The unit was very clean, no dust, smelled clean, and extremely happy with no mold or bugs!!!! I did not encounter 1 bug the entire 8 days I stayed. In 13 years that has never happened in any location on Clearwater Beach. The communication with the host was very prompt, and responsive. There were beach chairs, towels, accesories in the unit. I could not be happier with the location. I will seek this property only for future vacations!

Clean, bright, great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, adult son and I spent four nights in Fins Up. It was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it's location is ideal - 1/2 block from a beautiful beach. There are still piles of debris from the hurricane around, and many of the businesses are closed -- but it was still delightful to be in that area. The bathrooms are spotless but a bit tired. The manager was exceptionally responsive!
