Enjoy antiquing, golfing, wonderful playgrounds and parks, and lakeside dining in Lake Odessa, just a long walk or short drive away.

THE SPACE
The open floor plan and double patio doors puts the focus of the home on beautiful Jordan Lake. A private patio and dock also overlook that lake with an outdoor bistro table and chairs, glider/rocker, and firepit all on the lake side. Enjoy sunrise or sunset by the fire listening to the waves splash against the seawall. Sip your morning coffee or tea while fishing from the dock and watch for heron, swans, and eagles too. Two kayaks and life vests are provided for exploring the lake.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll enjoy access to the whole house, except garage (for owner storage and under renovation to add a bedroom/bath). The yard is fenced between the home and the neighbors on one side, and open on the other, but is still completely for your enjoyment. Two patios, one attached to the house and one lakeside, a dock with lift for the pontoon boat and free space to tie off your own boat are yours as well.

OTHER NOTABLES
Garage is being considered for renovation. Owner and contractors might come and go through separate garage entrance. We will notify you if there will be any activity there during your stay. Renovations should be completed by spring, and any disturbances will be minimal.

BOAT RENTAL
2006 22' Pontoon boat with 90hp Evinrude outboard is available to rent during your stay. $250/day, $1500/week. Contact owner to arrange rental and sign waiver. Familiarity with Michigan boating regs required.
