Escape to our tranquil waterfront oasis nestled on 2+ acres of wooded land on the beautiful shores of Smith Mountain Lake. This idyllic retreat offers a perfect blend of water and mountain views, creating an ideal year-round getaway for families or friend gatherings.

The House:
• Our stylishly furnished cozy cabin features an open floor plan, with a gas log fireplace in both the living room and the master bedroom, creating a homey atmosphere throughout.
• The master suite boasts a king bed, a dedicated work area, a full bath, private deck access, and a fireplace.
• In the 2nd bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed and twin bunk beds. The 3rd room offers full-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bath and a convenient laundry area complete this space.
• The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, from lavish meals to simple delights. The dining table transforms into a pool table or ping pong table for added entertainment.
• Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a gaming system, and a selection of board games. The unfinished basement features a workout area and an industrial ice maker.
• Families with young ones will appreciate the baby gate to the basement, along with indoor and outdoor kid toys. We also provide a Pack ’n Play and a highchair for your convenience.

The Outside:
• Set on over 2 acres of private wooded land, this retreat ensures tranquility year-round.
• Take in the breathtaking water and mountain views from the hot tub, or start your day with morning coffee on the screened-in porch and wraparound deck.
• After enjoying the lake, freshen up with an outdoor shower and savor a delicious dinner prepared on the gas grill.
• As the sun sets, gather around the in-ground fire pit in one of our comfortable Adirondack chairs or enjoy some of the provided yard games.
• We offer a 30 amp RV parking spot and ample paved driveway parking, ensuring convenience for all your guests.
• Forget about climbing stairs to reach the dock; a paved cart path and a golf cart provide easy access.

The Dock:
• Our private dock comes complete with a boat slip, 2 jet ski slips, and a top sun deck in a small secluded cove just off the main channel of Smith Mountain Lake, with deep water perfect for all your water activities.
• The private beach is a delightful spot for swimming and relaxation, and we include 2 kayaks along with life vests for all ages.

The Area:
• Only 30 minutes from downtown Roanoke, you’re conveniently located to marinas, restaurants, breweries, wineries boat rentals, and a state park, accessible both by boat and car.

-Bedroom:

-Bathroom:
Toilet paper (2 rolls each bathroom), hand soap, body soap, shampoo, towels (1 towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest).
-Kitchen:
Industrial ice machine, hand soap, trash can, paper towels (2 rolls), salt, pepper, sugar, traditional coffee pot, air fryer, crock pot, blender, toaster, all kitchen utensils, wine glasses, gas grill, Black Stone, 2 propane tanks and grill tools.
-Outdoors:
Fire pit, 2 kayaks, 4 adult life jackets, beach towel (1 per guest), a few floats and beach toys.
-For Fun:
Wi-Fi, Nintendo, smart TV, board games, ping pong table, pool table, giant Jinga, golf cart.
-For Kids:
Pack n' play, high chair, baby gate, kids dinnerware (for 4), 2 child life jackets.
