Bradenton Beach apartment - Short walk to beach

This is where you want to be on Bradenton Beach! Perfectly located only 500 steps to the Beach on Anna Maria Island.
Neighboring Bridge Street is filled with fun shops, restaurants and bars; with a city pier for fishing. 1 1/2 blocks to the free trolley. There is a designated parking space, but you don't need a car here.
The space;
This is a private cozy 1 bedroom apartment in an older historical building with a local flair (neighbors are real island folk).
Includes WiFi, A/C, ceiling fan in bedroom (this is an older building it might get up to 78 degrees indoors in August, so if you need cold air this is not the place for you), queen bed, 32" Roku TV, sofa with chaise lounge, dining room table, full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender), and full bath with tub. We include clean linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, shower gel, shampoo, and coffee.
No pool, no grill, just sun and fun all around.
Other things to note:
No need to look for elusive parking! Park your car in your (1) private parking space
and walk or hop on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley. The apartment is close to everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The island is a great place, but please be mindful that the island is limited on parking. There is only ONE assigned parking spot available for your stay.

However, occasionally we can make other parking arrangements, but that can not be guaranteed.

Our apartment building is a non smoking building. There is a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee for any smoke or vaping smell.
