This gorgeous upper unit has been completely remodeled with brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, granite countertops. With bright Moroccan decor and cozy furniture, it's the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Wichita. It's just minutes from the airport and within 20 minutes of just about anywhere in Wichita.

Above Par is located in a very convenient area close to many shops and restaurants. It's just minutes from the airport. The area has many apartment buildings.
Guests have access to the whole unit and patio.
With a Smart Lock you can check into this upper level remodeled apartment with ease. The front door opens into the open living and dining room space. Sit and relax on the comfy sectional sofa or leather chair. Kick back and watch any of our available streaming services (Hulu+, ESPN+, HBO Max, Fubo TV, and Peacock) on our 55" Smart TV.
Needing to work? Set up your workspace in the desk nook. Prep and eat in the beautiful kitchen and dining room.
