Vacation every day! Just 10 minutes from some of the best beaches in the world AND right on the bay! It's the best of both worlds. We truly have one of the best views of Boca Ciega Bay with wide open water views surrounded by nature preserve and city light views in the distance. We are directly across from St. Johns Pass and you will see the bridge go up, allowing boats to pass.

Our home was built by the Redington family, developers of Redington Beach. We are only the 3rd owners, and we just finished remodeling the home, keeping the history while bringing it up to modern style standards. It is truly a unique one-of-a-kind home on a unique one-of-a-kind property.

Nearly daily we are entertained by the dolphins of the bay while they are playing or fishing. They come as close as underneath our dock! We see manatees often. And we watch all sorts of birds as they fish in the bay. If you want to get closer to the action, take out a kayak!

Enjoy the views from the saltwater infinity edge pool, hot tub, or just about any room in the house. The minute you walk through the front door, you will be amazed by the view! The sunsets are amazing and never get old. We have to pinch ourselves sometimes as they often look like a painting in the sky! Relax poolside on the loungers or sit in the shade at the table under the umbrella.

There are multiple decks and patios to enjoy the views - or sit by the coy pond (which is currently incubating tadpoles)! The screened patio is perfect for dining al fresco. And you do have access to the Blackstone grill on the back deck.

Our beautiful home features a main house and an attached guest suite. A total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ensures there is enough space for your entire group. Cozy up by the fireplace in either of the two living rooms.

The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite offers a king bed with water views. The designer en suite shower with rain shower head and massager jets is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. A sliding door leads to a private patio and and also allows for beautiful water views as you wake up each morning.

The open concept floor plan features a spacious kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Dry bar with beverage cooler to keep your drinks cold. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 4.

The attached guest suite living room features a pullout couch and tv. Open concept dining/living room. Large dining table comfortably seats 4. The kitchenette offers:
- mini fridge and freezer
- electric 2-burner
- small Instapot
- pots and pans
- plates and bowls
- silverware and cooking utensils
- coffee maker
- tea kettle
- coffees and teas

The bedroom features a king-size Purple mattress with super comfy bedding. Wardrobe with hangers and clothes hamper. En suite with designer shower with rain shower head and 6 body sprays.

Separating the two spaces is a spacious laundry room with free full-size washer and dryer. There is also a half bath in the laundry room.

The pool is perfectly refreshing most of the year, and can be heated (for an additional $200 fee per stay) in the winter. The hot tub can be heated for $100. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so that we have adequate time to heat the pool if you choose.
