If you are a traveling nurse, bringing a loved one for a medical procedure, traveling on business, or new to Nashvile and need to land someplace while finding your new home, our place could be the perfect fit!

All utilities are paid, plus we are fully furnished.

The Living Room has a horse decor, with plenty of sitting, and a 55” smart TV. There is an electric fireplace to give you extra warmth and coziness, while enjoying watching shows, or steaming your favorite movie.

There is a Dining Room off the living room. It has a large table with chairs, and plenty of eating space for family or friends.

The Kitchen has a new Stainless Steel Refrigerator, plus a new Stainless Steel Stove top, with its regular oven, and a convection oven. A new dishwasher is coming soon. There is also a microwave, and of course, the always needed, coffee pot! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans.

There is a full size, new, washer and dryer, for your convenience. No going to a laundry mat.

Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. (with shower).

The Large Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, with an armoire for your clothes. The brick fireplace and wood beams gives this room tons of character! It also has a picture window allowing lots of sunshine and cheeriness!! This awesome room has its own private entrance door, so entering and leaving will not bother others in the household.
(Or allow it to double as an office)

The second bedroom has a full size, double bed. Plenty of storage in this room too, with a closet and dresser. It also has black out curtains in case a day sleeper.

There is a quaint and charming sunroom off the dining room, making the perfect place, in warmer weather, to relax and read a book, and sip tea. When not the winter, perfect for lots of plants!

The large fenced yard is a heaven for your 4 legged baby, plus Bar- b-ques and picnics top
the fun times!!!

We have a private and securely locked studio, connected to our house. We try to rent to traveling nurses, and you are completly separated from the studio. Studio and house have NO shared spaces, and you may never see each other unless pass outside, coming and going.
