Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 18 years or older.
Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.
Please do not run the washer and dryer after 10 pm. They are loud and keep the guest staying in the back unit awake.

Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 10AM.
Fees:
Early check-ins incur a fee of $10/hr
Late check-outs incur a fee of $10/hr, up to 2 hours.
Both early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
Please be advised that unauthorized late check-outs will result in a penalty fee of $250.
Additionally, please note that smoking fines amount to $500.
