How kind of you to say all these things. Yes we try to make sure the home has everything you could ever need. Thanks for staying and we welcome you back anytime you wish!

What an unfair review. Let’s start from the beginning. Guest requested I purchase a dvd player as they planned on watching dvds during their stay which I did which is not a big deal. Then the guest requested to check in early before proper check in time. Which I allowed. Upon arrival guest tried to find issues with everything. “It smells bad, no offense” is what I was told. I was surprised and said my cleaners will be over shortly. After arrival the guest opened the door and said it’s not a problem everything was fine we don’t need anything. Cleaners left. I ended up leaving wall plugs and ordered for next day delivery another smell killer which again there was no smell. Yes Internet went down in the neighborhood. Not just my house. No it was not down for weeks. This was completely out of my control. No we don’t have spiders because we get the house sprayed all the time. Yes the house is an older house and not a 5 star hotel. Issue was guest paid for an extended stay that they didn’t need and I wouldn’t offer a refund per our cancelation policy and Vrbo said to her we don’t have to. Wish this review never happened but don’t let this one bad apple ruin your stay. We go above and beyond for our guests every single time. Thanks for reading.
