The Ironworks Building is a reimagined and newly renovated warehouse which combines modern comfort with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to 1922 when it was home to Economy Iron Works, the folks responsible for the city’s iconic ironwork balconies and fences. Stallone’s The Expendables was also shot in the building, which still houses film-inspired murals bearing the autographs of Sylvester Stallone and Mickey Rourke—we challenge you to find them all!

Great place

Such a great place to stay! Very clean and an easy walk to the French Quarter. The road noise is loud in the bedroom like other guests mentioned. Ear plugs and a sound machine helped out. The coffee shop and crepe place was perfect as well! I would still stay here again!

Clean great overall location but noisy

Excellent checkin and good location close to everything. Clean with decent amenities. Small 1 bedroom with very small bathroom/shower. Windows in bedroom overlooking Girot are single pane and zero noise reduction. People talking on street sounded as if they were in the bedroom. For the price, not worth it.
