Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to many top sites in Barcelona, and easy access to several metro stations covering multiple lines. Host is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely try to book here again!

Jose was a wonderful host, very helpful with check-in and check-out process and tips for sites. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many famous places, as well as subway stations and buses. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave, even in the living room which is in the sun for a long time. The washing machine was very convenient and clothes dry quite quickly once hung on the provided rack. The living room is cozy but comfortable for a couple of people and it’s pleasantly bright. It faces a playground and a school yard. The children playing most of the day and early evening can be noisy, although it didn’t bother us. The two bedrooms are quite dark but we just spend bedtime there. The place might benefit from some spruce-ups but it has everything you might need, including detergent for both washing machine and dishwasher and a beach umbrella. Overall, we would recommend it if you want to stay in the Eixample area, which is one of the best areas to stay in Barcelona.

Great location. Quiet space. Wonderful host.

This apartment was perfect for our family (3) in so many ways. Great location with close amenities (restaurants, groceries). First floor made it convenient to get in/out. Jose is simply one of the best hosts I've had with VRBO.

Location can't be beat

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the washer after a week of traveling. The location was ideal walking distance to lots of sites (only needed a cab to the airport). Our host even gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. We hit the bakery next door for fresh bread every morning.

Hello David and friend. Thanks again for your stay. Great to hear that you enjoyed your stay. As you say sometimes the comfort of a bed depends a little on your own preference. One of the thinks that all my guest told me is how well they rest at the bedroom however some people need a more or less soft mattress. Hope to see you again.

Great experience and host!

Our family of four stayed at this apartment before our cruise. Jose was an excellent host, he met us at the street and toured the home with us. Everything was great in the apartment as was the location. We were about 15-20 mins walking distance from all of the major sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Barcelona Location

We really enjoyed our time here. We walked to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Boqueria. It is super close to the metro lines if you need to go further which we used for going to Barceloneta, Park Guell, and Montserrat. Felt safe walking back from dinner from restaurants that didn’t even open until 8PM😊

great location. comfortable place. super host

we spent 6 days here and really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very comfortable and easy to live in. The noise from the school kids late in the afternoon was a bit much, but they all headed home and all was quiet. Easy to get around Barcelona on metro or bus. Jose gave us great information about the neighborhood and places to visit. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place in Barcelona for a family of 4!

I stayed here with my husband and two girls - 7 and 4. It was very clean and safe and had great space for all of us. There was a small playground right outside that was perfect for my 4 year old. There were very good restaurants and grocery places close by. The host was extremely helpful.

JoseAntonio is not only available for help whenever needed, but he clearly loves what he does and is enthusiastic about making sure guests enjoy Barcelona and their stay. From recommedning restaurants to helping us with luggage and getting a cab he was always responsive and friendly. While the location and condition of the apartment would "sell itself" it is JoseAntonio who truly made our visit a pleasure.

This property was exactly as described. All appliances worked, beds were comfortable. Very clean. The location is central but on a quieter side street, a few blocks from several metro stations and walkable to lots of sights and great restaurants. The area and building were safe. Property manager was very helpful with maps and restaurant suggestion, taxi app, and other recommendations. I would definitely stay there again on future trips.

Perfect location

Our family of three (including a 17-year-old) had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as advertised with everything you need to be comfortable. The location is amazing and allows you to walk everywhere if you want to or hop on public transportation easily. It is quiet and in a great neighborhood, so you do not have a "touristy" feel. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions ahead of time (We had no problems with the property while there, but I am sure he would have been equally responsive then!). Highly recommend.
