Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. Loved it. We have stayed in 3 different condos over the years at Seachase and continue to come back. Overall, the property was clean and exactly as pictured and described in the information. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Some of the outlets around the condo really need to be replaced as they did not provide a secure connection when plugging in our device chargers, but we were well pleased with everything else.

Perfect expansive view of the gulf and the sunsets were amazing! The place was very clean and well appointed. They even have beach chairs in the rental for your use!

We absolutely LOVED the view—waking up to the ocean right from bed was the highlight of our trip! The space was quiet, roomy, and we really appreciated the extra towels and beach chairs. The only small suggestion would be to add a few K-Cups or tea for guests, but other than that, it was a truly PERFECT stay. This is definitely our new go-to spot!!

Amazing condo

My family which consisted of 4 adults and 3 children found this to be the perfect spot. Away from the crowds and able to enjoy our time at the beach

Great condo

I love the Seachase condos as they are not a huge high rise. The elevator is super fast. It makes getting to the beach very convenient. Beach Haven is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing beach views. Condo is located on a great area of the beach, it was rather quiet. The amenities were very adequate. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating on whether or not the condo was accurately described is because the sliding glass doors do not allow access to the balcony as it looks in the pictures. But the views from the bedrooms are remarkable. It might be note worthy as well for a guest who has difficulty walking, the unit was is quit a walk from the elevator. Very lovely condo!

Yes, the beach view was unobstructed. The Elevator was not working for 1 day. It happened on a Sunday morning. Contacted HOA & Blue Swell. It was repaired on Monday.

Wonderful and relaxing

I loved how quiet it was. We rented some beach chairs on the last day which was super easy and convenient. The guest book was a nice touch, too. The small starter supplies was perfect. I greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer so I brought clean clothes home.

Spring get away

Condo was great. The dishwasher was hard to close and the door when opened was very unsteady. Everything else was great. We had a great time.

Perfect beach getaway

The views!!! I've never seen ocean views in both bedrooms and the living and dining areas! Incredible. The unit was amazing - so spacious, I felt spoiled. The beach was so uncrowded - we could go down anytime we wanted and find a great spot right on the water. Never a wait for the elevator. The location is so convenient - close to everything but not crowded or loud. Grocery store is literally minutes away so we could go anytime we needed something.
