Laguna Keyes 1112 is a premier, oceanfront North Myrtle Beach condo from Thomas Beach Vacations. Witness the beauty of the sunset from the comfort of the ocean view balcony. The sunlight dances across the surface of the water, casting a golden pathway that stretches towards the horizon. The sky transforms into a canvas of vibrant colors, ranging from fiery oranges and pinks to soft hues of purple and blue.
This popular north-end resort has spacious condominiums and a wonderful aquatic activity amenities package - an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool, and an indoor all-weather pool. Plus, there's a hot tub, an additional kids' pool, and a fun lazy river ride on the sixth level (open April through November). If you wish, you also can enjoy a bit of exercise in the resort's second-floor fitness center.
Laguna Keyes offers condos with one to four bedrooms. You'll love the grand views of the ocean, salt marsh, and the Cherry Grove Inlet. Choices include both oceanfront and side/ocean view condos. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and overhead vehicle storage units are not permitted. Garage clearance is 6' 8". Please note that Laguna Keyes is a non-smoking complex. This includes, but is not limited to: rooms, balconies, decks, hallways, and pool areas.
Each condo has a full kitchen for casual in-house dining. Or, if you prefer, sample the cuisine at the excellent local restaurants and cafes. Free Wi-Fi or wired high-speed Internet is available in all Laguna Keyes condos. Several condos offer very attractive off-season monthly rates from November through March so you can enjoy an extended seaside winter stay.
