This cozy, recently renovated studio pairs simple Scandinavian-inspired décor with a bright, welcoming feel. The sleeping area has ample natural light, a queen bed, a large closet, books, board games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming apps; please bring your own streaming credentials.

The kitchen seats four and has the essentials for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking and baking utensils, and a dining table. Complimentary Duluth Coffee Company coffee, a few beverages, and popcorn are provided to get you started.

The spacious bathroom features a corner shower and includes towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. For a comfortable stay, the studio also offers Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating, portable fans, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets.

You'll access the apartment using a unique code that will be provided in your guidebook instructions.
An ascent of approximately 20 steps leads directly to the studio entrance.
Street parking is available on the premises; no parking pass is needed, so you and your guests can rest assured knowing parking won't be a hassle during your stay.

Our guest service team is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. to assist during your stay. We primarily communicate through the booking platform, via text, and by phone call, so please watch for important check-in information. The morning of your arrival, you will receive a text message which will include your digital guidebook link. In your guidebook, you will find step-by-step check-in instructions, access codes, and other important property information.

While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Follow I35 North to the 26th St E/London Rd exit.
2. Take the exit for London Rd/ HWY 61 exit and follow until E. 45th St.
3. Turn left on E 45th Street and follow until you hit the rail road track on Superior St.
4. Immediately after crossing Superior Street you will take a sharp left on Regent Street.
5. The apartment is located on the left side above the Edward Jones and State Farm offices.
6. The entrance is white door next to the fly fishing store with the house numbers posted above.
