This 10-acre property is the perfect place to enjoy some time away from the daily grind with your family and friends. With so much to do on-site, you won't want to leave. The pond is stocked with sunnies, large and small mouth bass for catch and release fishing. When winter comes along, take the kids sledding in the backyard. Enjoy views of the Endless Mountains from the front deck or by a roaring bonfire. After a day full of outdoor activity, warm up by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite movie, or let your competitive spirit take over with board games, air hockey and arcade basketball.

● Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
● Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles
● Our guests will enjoy full access to the open space home and entire property.
● You are welcome to use the private pond at your own risk. Do not allow children near the pond without adult supervision.

● Early check in and late check out may be accommodated with a fee. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of $500

Getting Around:
This is a very rural location. You will need a car to travel to and from the house. We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped, snow covered, and can get very icy. Public roads tend to be plowed in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee that conditions will be drivable.

Other Things to Note:
Dog fee is $100 per dog. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can adjust the fees accordingly.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit Dollar General, Weis Markets, or other nearby stores.
