While this property is just a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass State Park, you'll also be conveniently close to several other popular attractions including the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, the Barefoot Beach County Preserve, the Naples Botanical Garden, the Ritz Carlton, La Playa Beach Resorts, the Mercato Shopping Center, and Bonita National Golf & Country Club, all located less than 15 miles from your door.

Amidst high ceilings and an open layout, whip up all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an intimate breakfast bar. Settle in for more formal meals or family game nights at the adjacent dining table, and then gather for movie watching in one of two living areas furnished with plush, accommodating sofas, and a smart TV.

Outside, your screened lanai, framed by lush, tropical landscaping, is where you'll find a shaded seating area cooled by a ceiling fan, a grilling station to help you spice up your home-cooked menu, and an optionally-heated, saltwater pool.

Additional features and amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, four adult bicycles, a memory foam mattress in the pull-out couch, and complimentary high-speed internet access.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat requires 48 hour notice, and there is an additional cost of $32/day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring camera located at front door and 1 camera facing the driveway
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
