The community also offers tennis courts, playgrounds, and a chic clubhouse. Plus, within easy reach (or a short ride away) is nightlife, world-class golf, biking, hiking, kayaking, surfing, kite, and windsurfing…. Want more?
The fully air-conditioned Villa has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite with mod-con-appointed bathrooms and currently accessible to guests. Furnishing is rich and tasteful – while the fully equipped kitchen has all you could need to prepare anything from a gourmet feast to a late-night snack.

Cable TV and Internet are installed for you to kick back and relax with a movie. The utility room has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Your two dedicated parking spaces are adjacent to the villa.

• Master Bedroom en-suite: Two Queen Beds on either side of a shared bedside table – all facing a large, wall-mounted TV located above a multi-draw credenza; Ceiling fan;
• Second Bedroom en suite: Queen Bed; Twin Bed; Bedside tables; Mirrored vanity-credenza

Other things to note:

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island; folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that, please be careful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
