38 Burnside Ave offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Scarborough State Beach. The upper level features three bedrooms, a full bath, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area with stainless appliances, plus an enclosed four-season porch leading to an ocean-view deck. The lower level includes a common area with tiled floors, a full bath, and a two-car garage.

- Ocean-facing deck accessible from the main level, ideal for outdoor dining.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a three-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and check-out is no 10:00 AM.
