The condo had all the comforts of home. We didn't really cook there, but we could have. We set up on the beach in plain view of the balcony of the condo and were close enough to see what was going on when we were split in two groups. The view is fantastic. It took about two minutes to walk from our room to get to the sand. The beach is not very dense with people, so it did feel like the resort's private beach. The water is pretty calm so it's not great for boogie boarding, but we brought some paddle boards and they worked perfectly. Our condo had everything promised in the description--you just have to remember it's private so you have to have any visitors cleared with the hosts before they can enter the property.I'd definitely book the same condo again on a return visit.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review Dan! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the condo, fantastic ocean views, and easy access to the beach. It sounds like you made the most of your time here, and we’re glad the condo had everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the private property access regulations, as only registered guests can enter the resort per policy… we always want our guests to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you for choosing Rocky Point Beach Rentals! We would love to welcome you back to the same condo on your next visit to Rocky Point!
