Sealoft 201 - Premier Gulf-Front Getaway / Private Beachfront

LOCATION – LOCATION – LOCATION / BEACHFRONT

These are the current photos of this unit after its newly renovation in 2024 / 2025! The unit has all new updated features throughout. The property accommodates eight guests. Parking offers, 2 slots, one in the garage and one in the parking lot.
Please note: There’s no parking for RVs, Trailers or Golf Carts

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

NOTE: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach out of respect for the other guests.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.


** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, sleep mask, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

This property was exceptionally clean and beautiful! Only steps from the beach, which was never crowded since it’s only for unit guests. Loved everything about our stay! One recommendation though is to add full length mirrors to the bedrooms!

We had the best stay at the Sealoft for Spring Break. The condo was very clean and beautiful. The view from all of the windows and balconies was perfect. Being able to eat meals on the screened in porch while watching and hearing the ocean really made this Destin vacation better than our previous ones. We had one small issue with the code lock on the door and maintenance came out right away to assist. The beach is only a few steps away and was not crowded with other people. We had our own area of the beach to ourselves each day with two chairs and an umbrella provided by our condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much and can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay very comfortable and convenient walk to beach private area was so nice. Beds very comfortable & kitchen very well prep if you’re going to cook for family. Will recommend We enjoyed our stay ! We will be back next year !

Beautiful condo directly on the beach with private beach access. It came with a complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs that they set up first thing in the morning and pick up at 5:00 pm. The beach was not crowded and beautiful our entire stay. We used one of the 2 charcoal pits out front which was a very nice set up. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle however we utilized the garage for one of ours which helped. If you will be washing clothes make sure to take laundry detergent. If you will be cooking make sure to take seasoning. We took our own beach towels however they did have beach towels if needed. I would stay here again.
