Pier Pointe 1A3 is Third Floor Oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Condo with beautiful views and inviting interior!

Total bedding includes 1 Queen, 1 Double/Double Bunk Set, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is nestled in the beautiful town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a slew of awesome amenities that the whole family will be sure to enjoy! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Upon arrival the unit needed a thorough cleaning. The refrigerator outer door had major stains. The bathroom jetted tub jets had green and black mold. Upon returning from grocery store, the unit had 2 coffee makers with only one broken glass pot still with glass in it? The beach views were awesome and location to and from town were great. Overall was a great stay after purchasing a new coffee maker and cleaning products to touch up a few things.

Check-in and check-out process is remote and simple. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Access to the beach is easy and the wash off hose is convenient. Having a pool as an option when the ocean is too rough is a plus. The condo did not feel clean whatsoever. There was sand on the floor and furniture. Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be scrubbed before using them. There was an unknown hardened liquid under the master bedroom bed. Both bathrooms had mold in the showers and the sink in the hallway bathroom had black chunks hanging from it once it was turned on. Closets and cabinets had a pungent musty smell that was beyond unpleasant. Cabinets were full of things that appeared to have been tossed/thrown in them. The balcony that has a stunning view is covered in staples that need to be removed. Mattress of the bottom bunk sinks terribly in the center. Shower heads make it very difficult to shower to the small stand up showers. Lights in the kitchen, by the sink and under the microwave are burnt out. Our rental had a limit of 4 people (we were a group of 3) but the condo below us had 9 to 13 people depending on the day and even though they were below us, we could hear running and doors slamming nonstop. The condo is in need of some sort of rug by the sliding glass door. Even though our first trip to Emerald Isle was enjoyable- purchasing cleaning supplies to help us get by for the week was not something we were expecting.

Jetted tub did not work and was unclean. Cooking pans were in poor condition. Plumber came un announced. Pool was nice but some umbrellas were broken.Should have at al least one soap for hall bath and kitchen and at least one dish washer pod as standard.Overall, good time.

We’re sorry a few items did not meet expectations. After checking the tub, our team found hard-water buildup around the jets and cleaned it with the appropriate product. The tub is available as a standard tub, though the jet feature is not listed as an advertised amenity. We’ll also share your feedback regarding the cookware and starter supply suggestions with the homeowner for review. We apologize for any confusion surrounding the plumber’s visit and appreciate your patience while that was looked at.
