Each flat is named after the distinctive soil types that shape the vineyards of the Willamette Valley, with Yamhill named for the soil primarily found in the nearby Eola-Amity Hills. This celebrated region is home to more than thirty outstanding wineries and dozens of picturesque vineyards. Just below the flats, you'll find The Bramble, home to the Silas Wines tasting room, or you can stroll across the street to Coelho Winery for a tasting experience. A short drive or leisurely bike ride will take you to the inspiring Antica Terra winery, or to the monastery of the Brigittine monks, where you can savor their award-winning handmade chocolates.

The Yamhill Flat is one of the Willamette Valley's few ADA-accessible vacation rentals, offering both comfort and convenience with a lift that provides easy access to this beautiful three-floor property. This thoughtfully designed studio-style suite features a cozy queen bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, ensuring a relaxing stay for every guest. Rich red tones in the furnishings reflect the Yamhill soil for which the flat is named, while bright accents add a touch of vibrancy, like a perfectly balanced glass of wine. The layout and furnishings have been carefully chosen to accommodate guests using wheelchairs, without compromising on style or comfort.

A large, operable window on the southern side fills the space with natural light, and a pull-down shade allows for peaceful rest whenever you wish. The kitchenette includes a small dining table, a French press featuring locally roasted Caravan Coffee, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. Step outside to the spacious rooftop patio, where a BBQ grill invites you to prepare a meal under the open sky. The patio is partially covered for comfort in any weather and offers space for a friendly game of ping pong or simply relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the scenery at the end of the day.
