The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas cooktop. The living room comfortably seats 8-10 guests, making it the perfect gathering spot. Also, you'll find a heated full-body massage chair, offering the perfect respite after a day of exploring or activities. The living room is equipped with a 50" wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A half bathroom is conveniently located in the common area for added convenience.

For enhanced comfort, the master bedroom is situated on the main level. This master suite not only offers a luxurious bath with a tub/shower but also features a dedicated workspace. The workspace is equipped with two monitors, providing an ideal setting for those who need to catch up on work or manage tasks while away. Moving upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms, each exuding its distinct charm with a dedicated workspace. An additional hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo ensures convenience for all guests.

Rest assured, all bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hairdryer. Sheets, towels, starter paper towels, and toilet paper are typically sufficient for a weekend and beyond. The property is further enhanced by a tankless water heater ensuring endless hot water availability. Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, complete with detergent, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with free Disney and Hulu.

Parking is available for 2 cars in the front and additional parking near the mailboxes.

Please Note: No pets and smoke is allowed inside the property. We would highly appreciate it if you kept your shoes off at the entrance where there is a sitting area with shoe storage section at the bottom for keeping the property clean and hygienic. There is no daily cleaning service. Please place used linens and towels in the laundry basket at the end of your stay. Do not access the locked hall closet.
Charges will apply for any damaged or missing items. Ensure the house door is locked when leaving. Kindly keep the property tidy and respect it. Ensure lights, fans, and ACs are off and both the house doors are locked when leaving.

Guest access:
Guests will be provided with keyless entry and comprehensive check-in instructions.

Other details to note:
There are two entrances to the community. Pictures are attached for both the entrances. Guests are allowed to use the community playground that is fun for kids and families. Also, guests can enjoy the view of the community Lakes. There is one security camera outside on our main entrance of the house. You will be fully responsible for any damaged caused by you during your stay.
