This stunning waterfront mid century themed home on the Weeki Wachee river can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably! Wake up and watch manatees, turtles and even dolphins right in the backyard!

Come fall in love with the Florida sun!

The spacious getaway features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a man cave/game room that is nearly 2000sqft!

This home was designed with fun for the entire family in mind. Fully equipped kitchen to whip up breakfast or dinner for the family. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

~Bedroom 1 (sleeps 4): Features a bunk bed with a twin on top bunk and a full on the bottom bunk. There is also a twin pull out trundle.
~Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): Features a queen bed
~Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2): Features a king bed, on suite bathroom and 55 inch TV.
~Bedroom 4 (sleeps 5): Features two queen beds, a twin bed and an on suite bathroom.
~In addition, the sofas in the living room are both queen size pull out beds. This means you can sleep up to an additional 4 in the living room for large groups. Downstairs also features a day bed with trundle.

The man cave/game room will keep you entertained for hours! The 75 inch TV and over 14ft cloud pit couch is perfect to watch a family movie and/or your favorite sports team! There is a poker table for up to 6 players with a full poker set included and you can mix up cocktails at the bar (alcohol not included). The game room is stocked with board games and card games for all ages as well as six arcade games, Ping Pong, Foosball and basketball.

The backyard oasis features two screened in lanais with tons of seating for the group! There is also a charcoal grille, outdoor dining, two hammocks, corn hole, a wood burning fire pit, and a hot tub with lights and massage jets. Enjoy the gorgeous view and watch the manatees, turtles and even dolphins in the backyard. Enjoy six kayaks, and one paddle board all included with this home - saving your hundreds on kayak rental fees daily. Enjoy the privacy of being on a private canal, the main river is just a three to five minute paddle! This home also has direct access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Parking can accommodate up to 6 vehicles or even an RV/Camper and the property features a fully fenced in yard for your privacy.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. You can fit 6 vehicles in the parking space if they aren’t all huge. The host responded to questions quickly and was accommodating. This house is minutes from the beach where we saw a few beautiful sunsets. The house is large with plenty of gathering areas. The kayakers enjoyed paddling around the community and even saw manatees. Those of us that stayed behind enjoyed the wildlife in the canal. The jumping fish and birds diving for fish kept us entertained. The hot tub was cozy and the jets were quite powerful and great for massaging the aches and pains. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and although I didn’t use the oven, I was told that it is also an air fryer. The Keurig had a variety of hot chocolates that we enjoyed. The bed in the master suite was amazing, and the shower is huge. The water was hot and the water pressure was strong. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Lovely home, easily accomodated our group of 11. Kids loved the game room and floating pad. We really enjoyed the kayaks provided. Host provided plenty of towels. We did have an issue with running out of water several times and had to wait about 20 minutes for water to resupply. Aside from that great weekend.

This property was perfect for our long weekend with family. We had 14 and one dog with ample places (and then some) for sleeping. Perfect relaxing weekend filled with game time, river time, cooking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Just a five minute paddle to get out on the main river. The host was very quick to respond with any questions and more than accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for fun weekend getaway for all ages. Manatees came right up to the dock too:)

Loved our Trip!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as listed, and the manager was great with communication throughout. The game room was a hit!! We spent a lot of time there hanging out and enjoying the company. Plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked, rooms are quiet, so many great things about this property. Plenty of space for everyone!

We all had a great time. There was 14 of us and plenty of room. I loved that there was plenty of plates, silverware, and towels too. There was plenty for us to do. There was a manatee with her baby in the river one day. We saw a otter and small alligator as well. We would definitely come back.

Awesome River Retreat

Place was as advertised. Very confortable with lots of amenaties. Fun for families. Game room was entertaining for kids and adults. Would definitely go back. ⅚Only minor drawback was that if eas more challenging to contact the owner / propertu manager because their VRBO provided phone number did not work.

Perfect for thanksgiving get together

We booked 3 houses for an thanksgiving get together and this was by far the best one. The game room down stairs was a hit with everyone. Tue open concept of the house made it easy to do our thanksgiving gathering there. We saw flying fish and caught some too. Great time. Would do book again.

A Groooovy Stay!

Every year our group of 15-18 friends take a gals trip to unwind and end the busy summer. Finding a home that's large enough to accommodate us all comfortably is hard. This cute little home was perfect, it was clean, no air mattresses needed, enough space we never felt crowded, and the location on the Weeki River is awesome. Thank you Brianna for allowing us all to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and there were los of extras, like coffee, creamer, teas, a bottle of wine, cleaning supplies, etc. there were plenty of linens and shampoo and conditioners, My grandsons really enjoyed all the games and because they are downstairs, the adults could enjoy some quiet time. The appliances were really nice. There were also many outdoor water toys and a floating island which my grandsons loved!

Great Kids Game Room

Everything was great for the kids. The hand rails were loose and rickety, some decking weak and sticking up as trip hazards. A bit high priced for what you get. all in all it was fair.

Good place. Lots of room.

All was well. Only issue we had was the large double queen room is not part of the main house. It's actually on the bottom level accessible only by an outdoor staircase. Just heads up since it made it hard to plan sleeping with multiple people since we weren't all in the "same house". Other than that all was well.

Adventure vacation at the magical springs

This home is perfectly placed on the magical springs of Weeki Wachee. It is so close to the hospital hole filled with so many precious manatees but out of the business of the main springs. Host communicated in a timely manner, we had a few issues on arrival but were cleared by the host after contacting them. The house is perfect for large families, towels and kayaks. There are a few pipes in the water following the hurricane that could be cleaned up in the area and are noticeable at low tide. The local food was great. games were fun for all. The basement does not have heat and is completely separate from the main house above, but normally it is not this cold in Florida so would not be an issue 99% of the year. We cannot wait to return and share this wonderful spot in Florida with friends and family in the future. The cleaning crew did a great job and were super nice!

Perfect getaway Riverhouse

This house is much larger than it appears! We had 15 people staying in this house, with ages ranging from six years old to 60s. Everyone had plenty of room! The game room was perfect for the kids to play in, the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen/Dining room/living room were beautiful. The house was equipped with everything that we could’ve needed. The access to the main river was a little bit complicated the first time (make a left out of the dock and then a left at the intersection and another left. The next intersection is the main river), and was maybe a little further than I would have liked, but on the upside we there on the weekend and didn’t have to deal with the crowds that come down the river. Even with 15 people, the house never felt crowded because there are so many areas to spend time in. It’s a beautiful, scenic, peaceful area. I would absolutely go back again.
