A great stay - wonderful house with perfect amenities for a family or group

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We had no issues, and the property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. We had a group of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids, and the property easily accommodated all of our sleeping needs. The pool was perfect for our kids, and the living area and kitchen were great for lounging at the end of the day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay! We were 9 adults and with on’y two showers/3 bathrooms we felt like that was a good fit. The pool area and back yard are great for relaxing. We enjoyed the firetable and porch seating. The rooms were very comfortable and we all felt at home. The owners left a binder with lots of info and we felt safe at all times. The location was perfect for our beeds. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners thought of every little detail possible and made the stay absolutely amazing. They were quick with their responses when we had questions. I highly recommend this house and it will definitely be the first place we check next time we go to Tampa. I can not say enough positive things about it honestly.

Perfect for Youth Summit!

Easy to get to and close to stores, Instacart delivery without a problem. Pool was a little chilly but fine during the day when it was sunny. Communication with owners was good with quick responses. 10-15 mins from Tampa Convention Center (when no traffic).

Stan’s communication was exceptional. He responded promptly and courteously, answering questions and offering assistance. We felt supported throughout their stay, with the reassurance of readily available help. The property was immaculate and matched the listing description, with even more charm in person. The amenities were thoughtful, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and complimentary coffee, along with local recommendations. These touches created a welcoming atmosphere. We traveled with our six-month-old grandson. The house had a playpen, high hair, and a baby bathtub! Excellent Vrbo host!

Pros: Overall nice stay for a family of 8. Space was great! Cleanliness was a standout quality. Pool was a nice add and games were a nice touch. Also the streaming service in most rooms was convenient for teens and tweens. Beds were comfy. Convenience to downtown and Busch Gardens was a . Stocked with supplies for cooking and that was helpful. This is a older home with upgrades.Considerations: The area of the home was a bit challenged and getting to it on a dirt road was cumbersome. First time in Tampa. Follow the hosts directions not gps. The stay was fine and nothing happened. There was a RV parked out front and it was a little creepy upon arrival although no one was in it. The host did advise in the arrival details but not in the advertisement as pictured in listing. Few quirks with hot water but nothing too disruptive. You just have to play with direction of faucets. The host are very responsive and lefts details in a binder that were helpful. Grateful for the time spent with family.

Julie and Stan's rental property is an example of how all rental properties should be. The House is in a quiet and fairly secluded location. The listing pictures and amenities were exactly as published. Communication was easy and response time was quick. Julie immediately and kindly took care of part of our groups unexpected early arrival. The pool was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were ceiling fans and a couple floor fans for those who use them to sleep. WiFi was great. Plenty of room for a group of 8 adults. The location is close to Groceries, Gas, Liquor and Convenience stores. The cost and value to stay at Julie and Stan's is spot on fair. The few complaints I read about before booking, are quite minor issues that can occur when traveling. If you are the type of person that wants to stay at the Ritz, but have a budget, remember, there is no such place. Julie and Stans house was very clean, comfortable, located within a half hour of the airport, Raymond James Stadium and 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino - Overall, we truly enjoyed the quiet comfort and simplicity of our stay. Many Thanks!
