Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club er beliggende mellem den sydlige spids af St. Petersborg og St. Pete Beach. Øen på 350 hektar er omgivet af det rolige vand i Boca Ciega Bay. Lejligheden er ideelt beliggende-det er kun fem minutter fra I-275, 30 minutter fra Tampa International Airport og 90 minutter fra Disney World. Den fjerde etage placering giver en spektakulær udsigt over alle de intercoastal har at tilbyde. Dine dage kan være fyldt med fiskeri, spisning, svømning, sightseeing eller bare slappe af på balony watching bådene. Aftener giver uforglemmelige solnedgange over St. Petersburg Beach og det velkendte prestigefyldte Don CeSar Hotel.
Ingen grund til at køre til stranden, fordi vi har en privat en foran vores condo! Strandstole, håndklæder og paraply er til rådighed for dig. Skulle du ønske at køre-Pass-A-Grille, St. Petersburg Beach og Fort DeSoto Park er blot et par minutter.
Condo kan opfylde alle dine madlavningsbehov under et langtidsophold. Vi har sørget for, at den er fuldt fyldt med crock potter, pander og spatler! Det har nyere røgdetektorer, kulilte detektor, komfort topper til konge seng og nyere sofa / loveseat.
Condo kompleks er stille med sikkerhed roaming 24/7 og de har et 24 timers nummer, hvis du har problemer. Vi bor også i lokalområdet og kan hjælpe, hvis du har problemer.
*** CONDO HAR IKKE EN LANDLINE TELEFON. Vi har gratis høj hastighed, ikke delt wifi, premium kabel i stuen og grundlæggende kabelkanaler i soveværelse. Stuen har også pause-visning-rekord.

Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. This is a condo so voices carry. Please keep noise levels to a minimum on the balcony. No towels hanging on balcony.

Lovely condo right at the base of the bridge. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching boat traffic and lots of dolphins. Can't say enough about the host she made certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Condo is well stocked. Had a full closet of beach items to use as well. Over all a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay!

Our family of four stayed at this condo for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! The condo was spotlessly clean, had everything you would ever need and the location was excellent. The pool is lovely and heated and the beach felt very private. We would absolutely stay at this condo again, communication with the host was excellent before and throughout our entire vacation. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous !

I would highly recommend this condo. It was super clean, , well appointed, in a great location with so much to do around it, and the owner was easy to communicate with and provided us with lots of great recommendations on things to do. It made for an easy, relaxing vacation !

Great time, location and very nice property 👌

Amy, owner, was terrific! Great communicator. Property was everything we needed and more. Great pool, hot tub and lots of walking paths. Family had a great time! Dolphins were fun to watch in the morning and evening!

Wonderful property and host

The property was fantastic with everything in working order. There was an abundance of everything that we could have needed. Amy was very helpful keeping in contact with us and updating us as needed with property info and places to see in the area. We will definitely return!

Great family vacation get away

My wife and three old enjoyed our stay. The property was one of the best we have visited in this community. The condo had a great layout, nice furniture, quiet for our small family and security onsite. Amy was very attentive to our needs with our three year old. She provided toys and pool/beach toys my child really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

Florida Vaca

Great clean condo near Saint Petersburg/Clearwater area. Nice pool and beach. Host was accessible and very detailed oriented which I liked. Beautiful beaches at Fort De Sota Park very close and not crowded. Also, Clearwater Aquarium with a marine biology cruise. Relaxed vacation in a wonderful setting!

The host was more than accommodating and provided information about the area and things going on. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable for our stay. The views from the balcony as the sunset are breathtaking. Certainly recommend to stay at this property for a wonderful vacation. The host was always available to answer any questions we had and provided a lot of helpful information if and when we needed it! Baths and kitchen updated and modernized.. rest of unit certainly is comfortable for 6 people to stay in it. Definitely will return!

St Pete winter getaway

Everything at this property is as described. Clean, beautiful kitchen (with all needed amenities), great balcony, comfy bed, plenty of clothing drawers, hangers, big bathrooms….overall very nice. Amy, owner, was very attentive and communicated regularly. The pool was great. Great location, nice community. I highly recommend.

True charmer!

We loved our stay and felt we were spending time in our home away from home. The condo is located in a very peaceful charming area. The views of the water both day and night adds a very special ambiance to your stay. Amy has the residence fully stocked with everything you may need and the place is spotless. We enjoyed every minute of our three stay!! We highly recommend it.

Amazing Home Away from Home

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area!! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The condo was exactly how the pictures show it, clean and maintained, beach accessories you can use, and we saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times! Amy is amazing to work with, always texting and emailing recommendations on things to do and places to eat. If you have any questions or concerns just send her a text and she replies quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area! Don't miss out on this amazing stay! Thanks Amy!!

Absolutely Perfect

Amy was a wonderful host. She made the entire process easy from start to finish. The property is an ideal location with stunning views and closeness to the pool and beach area. Everything we could have possibly needed from beach chairs to can openers was provided. Amy even left water and coffee as she knew we were a late arrival. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Couldn’t have been any more perfect.

The host, Amy is diligent with her communications and set us up for a great stay. Our family was looking for a two bedroom place, on the water, with a pool, and offered us a chance to fish from shore. This unit checked all of the boxes and more. The kitchen was well stocked for those times that we ate in, the internet worked flawlessly, the cable package was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. I probably wouldn’t do much if anything different if it was our own condo. The community was very well kept and quiet. Our stay truly was a week in paradise. Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay in your condo and enjoy everything the greater St. Petersburg has to offer.

We stayed for a week and it was a great experience! Amy, the host, was a 15 out of 10 in communication, checking in, guiding, and answering questions. Their place is clean, quaint, and has the perfect spot for watching beautiful sunsets, view of the beach, and dolphins! It’s a perfect spot from the elevator and trash. They keep you stocked with cooking utensils and needs, cleaning products, sheets, beach needs, blankets, and more! I can’t say enough good about Amy and their beautiful condo!

We just purchased the condo and have been really enjoying adding our personal touch. Both of us were born and raised in MI and have been gradually making our way south. We live in Tampa and wanted a vacation home that was a short distance away yet had a lot to do.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We just loved the location of this building on the intercoastal. So much to look at from the balcony. Most of the time we never have to leave because the beach and pool are right there. That's so convenient especially when you have a young child! We still have some more updating we'd like to do but it can be done over time.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

After we purchased it we made some changes so there's newer paint, lights, fans etc. Plus new small appliances, dishes, plates, utensils, sheets and towels. If you want to make major meals the kitchen has you covered! If you want to order out we have suggestions.
This condo feels like a quaint cozy retreat yet provides an ideal location for exploring.
