The lower level of our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner. You will only have access to the lower level. The entrance is at the back of the home. Our home is equipped with tons of amenities for you and your traveling companions. We worked hard to make sure you feel right at home in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing space.

If approved, a pet fee applies to help cover additional cleaning:

• $50 per pet (stays under 7 nights)
• $75 per pet (stays under 15 nights)
• $100 per pet (stays 16–30 nights)

This is a one-time fee per pet and goes toward our deep cleaning service after check-out.

A few pet guidelines to help ensure a smooth stay:

1. Please clean up after your pet, including any messes in outdoor areas.
2. For safety and comfort, pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.

Additionally, a refundable $250 security deposit will be collected and returned after check-out, provided there are no damages.
