Enjoy a week (or two) away at SeaSpray 114 in the Sea Spray Condominium Complex situated in Atlantic Beach.
This First Floor Condo is 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms of Oceanfront bliss in Atlantic Beach.
Total bedding includes 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin with a Twin Trundle, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet; 3 Smart TVs; Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher.
Spend a wonderful week at the Sea Spray Condominium Complex conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon to playing Putt-Putt, shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!
Complex Amenities:
Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
• Seasonal Pool and Kiddie Pool (typically open Easter thru Sept 10am - 10pm)
• Outdoor Shower at the Pool Area and Beach Access Walkway
• Beach Acces Walkway with Dunetop Observation Deck Area
• Grilling and Picnic Area
• Coin Operated Laundry Facility in each building
• 3 HOA onsite dumpsters for trash disposal
• Non-smoking community
• Parking Passes - 2 car max
Note: Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.
Linens and towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.
NO SMOKING.
NO PETS.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
