Summer Winds C-128 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has pool and ocean views. Oceanfront deck has furniture. Ground Level, walk right out to the pool or beach. Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Foam Mattress Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath. 2 New Smart TVs, 2 DVD/TV combos in bedrooms. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. 2-night rentals are available when booked last minute or off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
