The space
At Villa Arequipa the accommodation is charming, spacious,comfortable and a fairly quiet atmosphere. There is no outside noise because it is located in a private development.
It is centrally located to everything. A few minutes walk from the central Plaza as well as restaurants and shopping supermarkets.

It is located in the center of everything. A few minutes walk from the central square as well as restaurants and commercial supermarkets.

Independent entrance to the house 24/7 .
I park up to two cars.
All rooms are spacious with their respective private bathroom and constantly pass through strict cleaning control. Including bathrooms dining room kitchen etc.
The bathrooms have body and hand towels. Shampoo and hand gel conditioner
Abundant hot water in Spanish showers and hand washing.
Premium digital cable service in full HD and YouTube on all smart TVs.
We have powerful unrestricted 200 MG high speed wi-fi, throughout the entire property .
Enjoy the terrace with views of the Misti volcano and the mountains.
We count a spacious and comfortable living room with a view of the front garden. Enjoy that way to breathe fresh air straight from plants.
As well as the dining room as well.
Well-appointed kitchen in its entirety. Microwave fridge and modern digital refrigerator
Gas oven plus electric exhaust hood.
