Welcome to Mahana 804, a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom getaway that offers direct ocean views, a washer/dryer, and central A/C located on the 8th floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size premium mattress, strategically designed to offer ocean views and direct access to the lanai. The bathroom boasts a contemporary design and a pebble stone walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen beckons you to create an oceanfront dining experience. Step into this modern condo where the beauty of the ocean unfolds before your eyes from the private lanai, living room, and bedroom. The sofa transforms into a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. You'll also find Hawaiian artwork by local artists throughout.

The padded swivel rockers on the lanai and reclining swivel gliders in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows provide a comfortable vantage point to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. Keep a look out for Hawaiian sea turtles and whales (seasonal) with the binoculars provided for your convenience. The bamboo flooring, 65-inch Samsung smart TVs, and extra amenities will impress you at unit 804. Additional features include Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray/DVD player, smart TVs, a soundbar with Wi-Fi + Bluetooth streaming, a dishwasher, a premium coffee maker, a blender, a French press, a coffee grinder, a filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator, and ice maker.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

It was well equipped, well located, clean, comfortable, and had a nice little two for one activity package. One of the best properties in which we have had the pleasure of staying.

The views from the patio/balcony or the swivel chairs inside (floor to ceiling windows) was magnificent! No need to do a whale watching or turtle tour as they are visible daily from the patio/balcony or living room. Having the sliding glass doors open in the living room and bedroom at night was spectacular! The proximity to activities is ideal. Walkable beaches for quite a ways. BBQ area was nice and food truck options within walking distance. This was a true jem, didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful and quiet

This condo is amazing. Beachfront and very quiet. The unit is beautifully furnished and the bed is very comfortable. Lots of space and a kitchen with everything you will need. Also the property management company (my perfect stays) is wonderful to deal with and very communicative.

Lovely as always

One of our favorite places to stay on Maui (and we've been in quite a few over the years). Good location, easy walk to the beach and many options for food and snacks. And, as always, perfect views from the lanai. We'll be back!

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our time here. We have stayed in Lahaina area 3 times in the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Modern unit, right on the beach. Wonderful view of the ocean. Close to all the activities we love - snorkeling, swimming and they even have pickleball courts here. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will likely be back here ourselves.

Ocean front

This place was perfect. Great location and not overly crowded. Beautiful ocean front/view property. Had everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen has everything you need. Spacious for a family of 4. Very accommodating, our flight wasn’t leaving til 9pm and we were able to secure late check out (for a small fee). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Amazing Views

My husband and I have stayed in Maui 6 times, this has been our favorite place! The views from the condo were amazing! We saw multiple whales and turtles every single day. They provided binoculars which was great to watch the whales. The condo had everything we could have needed, well stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware for leftovers, utensils etc. they had beach chairs and a perfect size cooler for the beach. We loved being right on the ocean and being able to view it inside or outside on the lanai. The only 2 things we wished this had was an umbrella for the beach, and small tongs for bacon. But that’s being super picky! We plan on coming back and plan on staying here again :)

This was our second stay at the Mahana, and once again the oceanfront location was unbeatable. The condo was in excellent condition and appeared to have newer furniture and large TVs. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with all the essentials we needed, and everything was very clean. We especially loved the lanai - perfect for whale watching - and we appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler available. The welcome snack on arrival was a nice touch. Communication with the host was fast and easy, and we were able to arrange a late checkout for a small fee, which was very convenient. We appreciated the discounted tour activities that were included, and the location for the tours was close to the condo. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily return.

This place is SO close to the water - great views and constant sound of the waves. Amazing! Place was well furnished, very comfortable and clean. Pool is a condo pool, not a resort-style but the public beach was the next property over, which we enjoyed along with other spots within walking distance. Times Market, food trucks & Papi’s cinnamon rolls, all within a short walk. A great location - perfect combo of being away from the chaos but close enough to reach out when desired. My Perfect Stay communicated very well before, during & after our stay - couldn’t have asked for more from them.

The condo was clean and elegant. The views of the ocean were amazing from the living room and bedroom. It was amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. The laundry detergent came in handy when we ran out of ours to wash our wet clothes before going home. The complex was beautiful. The pool had an excellent view. The beach was just a few feet away from the pool. The owners communicated well with us and told us about the construction before hand. The construction only lasted a little while and was not bothersome at all. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entering the unit, we encountered 11 spots on wooden floor. Husband could not open LR Lanai glass door or the bedroom larger door. Husband called emergency line. Tech came next morning and said the company had had other calls about issue. Tech was able to get doors open and somewhat lubricate the corrosion in center of track. Numerous daily struggles and barely able to open bedroom door.. Owner/management needs to repair. After a couple of days, I called the management number asking to schedule housekeeping during our long stay. Rep said "no." I asked for fresh linens later in stay. Put on hold. No Hot Pads, spots floor, two lights not working in bathroom, vanity area.I called again to schedule linens. Rep said his mgr would call. No call. 4 calls to management and 2 to housekeeping leaving messages. Housekeeping arrived with lots of supplies 13th day of our stay. Young lady used spray, magic white pad. Success, spots gone! Scary during Covid-19 that cleaning would be so sloppy. With inoperable doors, I cannot imagine that the lanai was cleaned. Kitchen no regular size fry pan for bacon, strips, etc. Regular glass supply diminished, etc. Bedroom closet filled with huge bags of old bedcovers, chairs, vacuum cleaner, etc. Had to move items to use closet. Six weeks after major Spalling Maintenance repair in Molokai bldg, HOA has not cleaned windows. Huge drips and dirt on the windows not the former fabulous, sparkling views.Chase'N Rainbows did a stellar job posting updated schedule and delays of the major repairs!!!!! Work on ocean side of Lanai bldg is behind schedule! Be careful with near term rentals in Lanai building. We have returned to the Mahana for 10 of the last 11 years. We love the views and the property. We have worked with Chase'n Rainbows since 2014. Rental agents have been good. I have recommended them to many friends, but will no longer do so after this stay. Find another unit to enjoy your time without frust

WE saw a whale breach & turtles swimming below us in the ocean, it was so amazing! I loved waking up with the shades open so we could watch the moon setting over the water and see the colors of the day begin to greet us; and the sun sets overlooking the balcony! We loved & used the full kitchen; the nice big shower was wonderful with great pressure. There a few small bars of soap. We appreciated that past guests left reef safe sun block. We also used the beach chairs that were there. The place was located in a great spot, right at the start of the boardwalk behind the building, which is also RIGHT next to Duke's, literally a 5 minute walk from the Mahana. And then you can walk along the boardwalk right along the ocean. The place was very clean when we arrived! 5 stars!! Mahalo!!
