Our family loved every moment of our stay in Maui. The house is both elegant and livable and the location steps from Baby Beach is phenomenal. We will not forget our morning walks along the beach encountering basking sea turtles and local families. Manuela and Dean have thoughtfully provisioned the house with everything you could possibly need or want during your stay -- and every amenity is of a high caliber and quality. The nearby town of Pa'ia is delightful and full of excellent restaurants and shops as well. We truly hope to be able to return to this beautiful island and this beautiful home one day soon. Thank you for helping us enjoy a truly memorable family vacation. Wren

It was great having Ryan and his family stay with us. Communication was always very easy leading up and throughout his stay. They all were very respectful of our home. We have hosted numerous guests and Ryan probably left our home in the best condition showing close care and effort to do so. We would welcome Ryan back anytime without hesitation and encourage all other hosts to welcome him to stay at their property if given the opportunity.

The hosts are so responsive and helpful. This is an immaculate property with every amenity you need. We love walking to Baby Beach and hanging out in the amazing courtyard with the lively pool. Thank you so much!!

Another Great Stay

We had a wonderful second stay. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any issues. The home is in a great location and the grounds are beautiful. We hope to have a third stay next year!

Amazing Stay

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The property is well suited to give multiple people their own privacy while still feeling connected. The property was only steps from the beach, house was in immaculate condition with everything needed to cook for an extended stay. We will be making a trip to Maui and the same exact property.

Traveling with friends

We had an incredible trip with some close friends. House was perfect, quiet with great privacy. Daniel and Dean were both very gracious host, very responsive with great local recommendations. A+++ all the way.

Felt Like Home

We really felt at home here. The hosts thought of everything and we settled in immediately. This place has so many great features: short walk to the beach, swimming pool, well maintained courtyard and grounds, great views of Haleakalā, amenities to make us feel at home, to name a few... We'll be back next time we're on Maui.

Perfect family rental!

Our family recently stayed at this fantastic property and were so incredibly pleased with not only the home and it's furnishings/decor, but the quick walk to the beach and proximity to Paia town. It's in a lovely neighborhood and backs to the golf course, which was so peaceful. There was ample space for all 6 of us and we used the pool, the bbq, the well appointed kitchen, even the swing! The host, Dean, is incredibly attentive and responsive and we couldn't have had a more seamless stay. We'll definitely be back! Mahalo!!

Perfection in Paia

We cannot say enough about this propery, or Dean as the host. This was our first time staying on the North Shore and the location was great. Close to everything and just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Our teens loved having their own separate living quarters. Prior to our arrival Dean sent information on dining and excursions that were incredibly helpful, and he was very quick to answer any questions that came up during our stay. The home is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. It has everything you could need and more.

Wonderful!

Everything about this property was lovely; a secluded quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Paia. Modern & updated with tasteful textiles and furnishings. Communication with Dean was perfect.Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The pool was a plus and walk to the beach was 5 minutes. Its one of the nicest beaches on the island. Private, quiet, not crowded. We want to come back!

Classic and Colorful

Everything about our stay was flawless. The Property Manager is great at communicating with you and is very professional. Instructions prior to arrival was complete and clear. Provided numerous local activities, and wonderful dining recommendations. Property was very clean, warm, quiet, and welcoming. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. It was exactly as disclosed in the listing. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We had an outstanding stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The best part for our family was how incredibly quiet and peaceful the home is. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind — no noise, no chaos, just total relaxation. The location is also ideal. You’re a very short walk from beautiful beaches, which made it easy to head out for morning walks, swim time, or sunset views without having to plan your whole day around it. The convenience was a huge plus.The house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, it all made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It was clear the owners put real thought into making guests comfortable.Communication with the host was excellent — clear, timely, and genuinely helpful throughout our whole trip. We always felt taken care of, which made the entire experience seamless.If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed home close to the beach with a fantastic host, this is it.Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!!

We travelled to Maui with our family for the first time, and truly feel like we hit the jackpot with this home! It was the perfect location for our family (we have 3 children under 10). Baby beach which is a 2 min walk is very calm (due to a rock wall) and great place for kids to enjoy the beach, water and also get up close with Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles which come to the shore daily!! It’s also just a quick drive to the town of Paia which was so charming with so many amazing restaurants and shops! Dean, Daniel and Manuela were exceptionally helpful with suggestions for things to do/see, and also very responsive if you have any questions at all. The house is immaculate and just a beautiful oasis. We had everything we needed! We would highly recommend this house, we will definitely be returning!!

We wouldn't change a thing about our vacation!! The home was exactly as shown in the photos -- spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. And very well stocked! The location was private and yet only a short drive to groceries, shopping, and many restaurants. Dean was a PERFECT host and always responded quickly to my questions.

Fantastic time in Spreckelsville

This spectacular property is located a short east walk to the beach. We were there every day morning and evening. Pain is a cozy little town with great food and the other parts of the island are easily access. Great trip, great place, great hosts! Daniel Manuela and Dean were super responsive to our questions and the house was phenomenal.

Our family’s story is deeply tied to Maui and the North Shore. Daniel moved to Spreckelsville in 1985 from Switzerland, drawn by his love for windsurfing after selling his business there. Manuela joined him a few years later, and together, we’ve built a life rooted in the beauty and tranquility of this island. For decades, we’ve called Spreckelsville home, owning several properties in the neighborhood and raising our son, Dean, who is now the property manager. Dean spent his childhood, teenage years, and early 20s growing up in this special place. Hosting is our way of sharing this incredible community and the magic of Maui with others. It’s also an ideal base for exploring Upcountry Maui or heading to other parts of the island.
