This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This house is only miles away from NYC. There is 5 bedrooms with two master suites. Fully stacked kitchen and two car parking spots. The house is spacious welcoming. You will find all you need to have a great family and friends trip. On the first floor there is a master suit with king bed. Second floor has three bedrooms. The Newley finished backyard porch has dining table and seating area. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

This house has plenty of room for a large family or a group of friends. It offers two parking spaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two desks for office work for those who work remotely or are home schooled with high speed internet. When you first enter the house, you will be greeted with the large open space. The house offer an open space style which joins the living room to the dining room and kitchen in a large space. There is also another living room with a fireplace that keeps the house cozy and warm. located on the first floor, a large King master suite with a full size en-suite bathroom and the French door which leads you to the backyard deck. On the first floor there is also the laundry with a full size front load washer and dryer. Another stylish full bathroom is located on the first floor. Going up to the second floor, there is one queen bedroom to the right, another queen bedroom (the mirror room) in the center and the kids room with two twin beds and a power height adjusting desk to the left for kids who are home schooled or the gamers. Also, located on the second floor a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower to accommodate the three bedrooms in the same floor. The third floor, is a large King master suite with a beautifully designed walk-in shower ensuite full bathroom. The room offers a large space, walk in closet, and a power height adjusting desk ready to plug in for serious gamers or heavy work day. The backyard patio offers a relaxing space to enjoy while you are having a drink or you can enjoy the grill and have a BBQ. The whole house is designed with your comfort in mind and to make you feel home away from home.

Smart Lock Code will be provided the Day of Check in.
If something is broken upon arrival or if something breaks during your stay, please let us know ASAP, so that we can get the issue fixed to make your stay and the next guest’s stay more hospitable. The house is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap, dishwasher packets and dish sponges. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

NO SMOKING/VAPING: Please Note that smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the house. Guests may utilize the porches and outside areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please DO NOT throw them off the deck or on the ground. Any evidence of smoking/vaping inside the house will result in a $600 fee.

PETS: We love four-legged friends, however, to keep the house as clean and allergy-free as possible, we do not allow Pets.

Trash: DO NOT throw trash off the deck. Please dispose of all trash properly in the outside trash pins. Please place trash bins on the curb side Monday Evening and Thursday evening and bring them back the following day for trash pickup during your stay. Please note there will be a $50 fee if you do not take the trash out during your stay.

Toilets: Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper & natural waste. This includes but not limited to sanitary products, paper towels or wet wipes.

Food: No food or drinks allowed on the second or the third floor. Extra cleaning fee of $300 will be assessed if food found on the second or third floors.

Washer & Dryer: Please do not wash dark articles of clothing with the white linens and be sure to empty the lint trap after each dryer use.

Fireplace: Is for seasonal use. Please do not leave it on and go to sleep and do not turn it on while the AC is on.

Furniture: Please do NOT rearrange the furniture. Doing so could result in extra cleaning/maintenance fees.

Extra cleaning: Extra cleaning will be assessed extra cleaning fee of $300. Please pick up all trash and food after yourself.

• Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please get prior approval for additional guests outside of the numbers shown above.
