Beach Living is a charming vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing seaside getaway.

-6 min walk to 15th ST beach access

Bedrooms:
*Master Bedroom - Queen bed, 55 inch TV, bathroom
*Second Bedroom- Queen bed, 50 inch TV
*Third Bedroom- Quadruple twin over twin bunk bed
𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫: 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝟏𝟕𝟓 𝐥𝐛𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭’𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐝.

*Master Bath- located in master bedroom, full walk in shower
*Second bath - located in hall by second room, full walk in shower.

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Trash comes Tues and Fri, recycling comes Weds. Leave barrels by the road at 7pm the night before, if barrels stay out too long the city will give citations.
-Consider buying travel insurance, no refund will be given for natural disasters such as high tides, hurricanes, etc. These things are out of our control.
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Pool is heated with pump, if weather outside is unseasonably cold (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) pool won’t reach desired temp. We don’t charge extra for pool heat, therefore no refund if the pool is cold, keep this in mind when booking.
-Dogs are welcomed with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
