Orchard Farmhouse

This beautiful historical home has been fully remodeled and restored. It’s stunning charm is in every detail from the tile work to the woodwork and everything in between. You’ll love your time at this home and count the days until you can come again. This home offers all new furnishings with one private bedroom and one bath. The living room offers a sofa bed and plenty of room to relax, while the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. Also has a Keurig coffee maker. Unwind on either of the two shaded porches and enjoy our Southern Utah views. The large property borders a local orchard on a quiet street. You definitely won't want to miss out on this cozy cottage!

Has Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc with your own account credentials. Does not have cable/satellite.

Located about 20 minutes from Zion National Park, 2 Lakes and Sand Dunes. Less than 3 minutes from Restaurants, Parks and a Grocery Store. There's plenty of parking for your vehicles, ATV's, boats or trailers.

**Guests do not have access to the upper level of the home. It is blocked off for owner's personal storage. No one will be staying in the upper level. Guests will have the house to themselves.

I highly recommend this adorable home for anyone traveling to the Zion area. Comfortable, clean, homey and just beyond perfect to feel like you are 'home' while traveling. The hosts were AMAZING and got us coffee and fresh baked cookies to make our stay even better. If we come back we will definitely stay here.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week. Connie was very kind and quick to respond to messages and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Sweet Getaway Near Zion

My husband and I had a wonderful trip out to Zion National Park and this house made a great home base. It had everything we need and more. It was so comfortable and clean.

Just right

We loved this cozy little place, had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Make sure you visit river rock roasting company, too!

Beautiful house, comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed the old details in this house. It was quiet and secluded but still close to Zion's and St George. They provided soaps and snacks and cookies and we just felt welcomed and right at home.

Beautiful historic home

Great stay, very comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Home was about 30m to Zion entrance. There was plenty pamphlets at the house of recommendations on hikes and things to do in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Bed was firm and comfy. The hosts even left a bag of local coffee and brought over fresh baked cookies! Highly recommended place to stay to visit the area!

Excellent Experience!

Very lovely property, we felt right at home. Property managers were excellent, and the house was very clean and well kept. Modern amenities in a cute old farmhouse! We highly recommend staying here!

Orchard Farmhouse

Comfortable, plenty of luxury linens, fully stocked kitchen, views out the porch & kitchen. Location perfect for Zion and associated parks. Restaurants limited. We shopped in St George on the way from Las Vegas airport. Enjoyed meals in Cedar City and Zion’s town of Springdale which must be a zoo in tourist season. Stage Coach grill in walking distance of the house was very hospitable with American grill food.

First Time in Southern Utah

The house was very cute and cozy with plenty of space. Connie and Cay stopped by for a visit on our first evening with homemade cookies! Such a treat! This was the perfect location for visiting Zion National Park - just a short (30 minute) drive to the south entrance but then we could come "home" to peace and quiet away from the crowds. We will definitely stay in La Verkin again! Thanks Connie and Cay!

Quiet and Comfortable

We wanted a place close to Zion without having to pay Springdale prices. This little home was 30minutes to the gates of the park and was in a very quiet little community. There are plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes and if you drive 20 minutes you have all that St. George has to offer. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need. I am not sure if the couch pulls out into a bed or not, but if so, you could easily sleep two adults and some kids here. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place!!!!

This place is awesome. From walking in the door it has such a cute charm. The furnishings and decor are so cute. The towels are so soft, the bed was comfortable. The host was so nice and brought over cookies when we arrived. They had other snacks and coffee provided also. The front porch is cozy to sit on and the view out of the kitchen window is beautiful. The house was VERY clean. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Zion, it is an easy drive. The house is in a neighborhood but still very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of, even a hand mixer and BBQ tools. They have games and books to use. There are so many extra touches that make it perfect. Would defiantly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Orchard Farmhouse! The house was cozy and exactly as described, with everything we needed already provided. The home was clean and bed was comfy. The location was great to visit Zion NP and close to everything in a quite peaceful neighborhood. All this made our stay even more enjoyable...especially having warm cookies delivered to you.
